    I in December 2025 I started using this app kind of consistently. I did about three days a week for three weeks in a row and I wasn’t even consistent. I barely went to sleep all the time for five nights and somehow I grew almost an inch in three weeks because of the Stretching so now it’s January 9, 2026. My height went from 52 to 53. My goal height is 57 or 58 hopefully with proper sleep nutrition. And stretchy using this app I’ll get there so if you’re seeing this lock in go to sleep and use this app

    So I’m really short for my age cuz I’m 11 and I was 4’6 and 1/2 when I started. After 5 days I grew half an inch! After a while I might catch up to the average height for my age. All my friends are really tall so I got this app, doubting it would work, but it did! I’m actually getting taller. I shared this app with my cuz and he said he will try it. Try it guys this is fire… One thing- I did finish a lot of days, but some of the ones I finished didn’t show I finished it. Please fix this bug. Thank you for this amazing app developers!

    One day I was 5’5 and I wanted to get taller I am not to sure if it was just genetics but when I started I and it was 8 months later and I woke up and I stood up I was so far off the ground and I was 17 years old at the time and I was 5’10 after that I stop doing this then I came back and yes I’m 20 now and I hit 6’0 I’m still doing it and if anything happens I’ll update trust me you have nothing to lose so try something new😌

    It just says team workout and meal plan it doesn’t say for increase in height on the front and I’m already super tall from my age. I’m only 12. I’m already 5 foot six and I thought it was just an exercise app so boo.

    I am 13 years old, 5ft 6.5 inches and I started this a month ago and have seen no changes, I have only done four days and I wish it gave better motivation but overall it is really good and I have seen some progress because when I started this I was 5ft 5 inches. Also you can choose between animation and a video of a person
