    I realize the free app needs ads for money. But when it runs so many ads it renders the app useless because it takes 3 times as long to complete your workout then why bother using it!!! Deleted!!

    So I originally used this app on my Samsung, and it had warm up and cool downs before the actual workout circuit. (I loved this) But when I switched to Apple it wasn't on there. I understand the app being set up slightly different but I don't think it should have missing components.

    I haven’t been able to use the app because I can’t get past the ad. As soon as I open the app an ad pops up. When it’s finally over It freezes up and I can’t get back to the app. I have to scroll up to dismiss the ad then reopen the app which takes me right back to the ad! Waste of time. Plank workouts can be found everywhere online.
