    Okay so let me start with, this app is fairly good. You get the thirty days for beginners, but you don’t get intermediate or advanced for free once you’ve mastered the splits. Now I actually think adding something creative would attract people to want to workout. Don’t get me wrong I love it, but sometimes it just looks uncomfortable and I don’t wanna do it. Also the exercises are very good. They have regular ones and hard ones, but they always have an easy version of the hard ones too! You can make your own exercise routine. And you can put goals on it, like how many steps, or how much water you wanna drink, or even losing weight! I recommend this app for beginners who wanna do splits. I was actually able to get the splits down, but I just need to master the middle split.

    I got this app because I do dance and a lot of people in my dance class can do the splits so I figured I wanted to learn how to do them but I downloaded the app and it said that I should do advanced and then I realized that maybe the advanced was like too hard so I wanted to do beginner or intermediate and it wouldn’t let me I had to buy it which I don’t understand because it told me to do advance, they didn’t really give me a choice and also, they already expect you to know how to do the splits so in the exercises to train to do the splits they’re telling you “do left splits against the wall” and I’m like no because I’m training to do the splits I can’t already do them! I’m already on day three and I don’t really think it’s working and also the stretches they give you don’t help with doing the splits. It’s like a workout. It’s not even stretches.

    This is a great app for the people who want to perfect perfect their split not the people who wanna learn outdoor splits because I just started and I told him I was a beginner and it’s already telling me to do the splits, but I’m practicing for the split, how are you gonna tell me to do a split in a class when I’m learning a split if I already knew how to do a split I wouldn’t be on this app to correct that

    This app helped me learn how to do the splits way better you can train to start from nowhere or get deeper into your splits. Plus not only does this app help you reach the splits it also helps you reach goals. It gives you trackers for you weight steps and water. I definitely recommend using this app get it now

    I thought I was trying to learn how to do the splits,I chose that I was a beginner and did know how and wasn’t flexible, now in the middle of every day i need to do the splits? I keep failing, I stretched every single day, ridiculous, again! I thought I was TRYING to learn how to do the splits, now I have to do it every day even though I’m a beginner at it? Not cool.
