  • Can’t do much and NONSTOP crashes

It’s okay for when you need to do some edits in a pinch, but starting projects from scratch is a bit painful. There are a lot of features that are accessed differently than on desktop and this adds a lot of time to the workload. The pencil feature is really nice on iPad when you need to draw something in Illustrator. However, there is no way to save besides waiting for the automatic feature, and the app tends to crash constantly.
  • Adobe, stop putting money into ai and fix your ipad programs

Crashes often, no gaussian blur tool, or other tools that would make it more convenient and accessible than the dang desktop version. Trash.
  • Dont download if you’re exploring

The app isn’t free, they want you to download. After download they will ask you to sign up and after that you will be forced to pay. There is no exploration or trying out unless you subscribe for a free trial. Luckily i used fake email. All those scammers are not worth the time. Im sure i’ll find my app somewhere else. People should write similar comment in other apps reviews if they are using the same stupid strategy.
  • Adobe really needs to care and invest in their iOS apps

All of Adobe‘s iOS apps are extremely limited and buggy to the point of uselessness. I understand that their main usage is on desktop computers, but don’t make the iOS app if it’s not gonna function correctly. I’m constantly running into bugs that slow productivity to a crawl and sometimes prevent any work altogether. iPad pros are plenty powerful enough to run their software, but they need to invest the time and resources to code it to do so. Get it together, Adobe!
  • bugs

I open the app, I make some shapes. I close all the eyes on every layer, yet one shape remains on the canvas. I can't edit, copy, delete, or hide this shape, it simply exists on the canvas. This bug has been around for as long as I can recall, across multiple ios updates and across all of my different generations of ipads. The app is unusable. Also this app drains the battery of every device incredibly fast, and will even drain the battery when left running with the ipad locked.

This app glitches every 5 minutes and lags out. I can barely draw!!
  • Adobe illustrator for vectoring

I need something to help me vectorize so I started using illustrator not knowing how to use it. With a little practice and YouTube videos, I was able to understand it. Unfortunately this app lags a lot. Once you’re on your iPad too long, it will start to lag and slow down. Another annoying part is that it doesn’t have full features as well. Hopefully all this can be fixed and updated

Clunky and hard to work with. But I gotta pay a subscription to keep struggling with a program I’ve been using since it was just adobe illustrator 1. Stay classy adobe. Grab that cash while you can before the art world shuns you completely…

I like both the Mac and iPad versions for technical line-art drawings. However, the latter is the one I use most often because it is so easy to use
  • Need more brushes

By I kind of do like it
Ok so the blob brush is ok but not perfect and they have only 3 brushes if you are a ColorPop artist or artist, I do not recommend this
