  • Won't load

I have been trying to use it for awhile and each time it won't load on my computer and says it is having connectivity problems even though everything else is working fine. Also incredibly (and unnecessarily) complicated to try and fix
  • Another greedy company

I dislike the way software companies now require subscriptions to use their software. Just a couple of years ago, I bought Photoshop elements stand alone version (i.e. not a subscription). It wasn’t the most intuitive software out there, but it did what I needed and I was happy with it. Good for me!, I won’t have to pay Adobe a subscription fee and I can still get photo editing done. WRONG! With the latest Mac OS update - I now find out that my previously paid for version is no longer able to work and Adobe tells me the only work around is to pay them money and subscribe. I suspect it is a software feature that previously paid versions no longer will work so Adobe can get more money. Other options available so bye bye Adobe. One star because your software does not work after only a year or two. Bad Abobe!
  • Don’t like subscription based

Everything about the software is great. This is legendary technology. But to make it a subscription based product turns me off. Having to pay annually to use this will force me to try other products that I can own outright.

My copy all of a sudden opens in the Czech language and I can't use it. This happened all of a sudden and with no warning. Ridiculous.
  • Good software, shame about the business model

Photoshop is great, sure. Industry standard. But the number of times I have ‘bought’ this software, even before they turned it into an openly rental model, only to find it no longer works on my machine after a year or two, is tantamount to theft. I get it, they need to make money. But you lied over and over and over every time you ‘sold’ me this software. You know you did. I’ll pay for it this time, but as a corporation, know that your brand does not inspire loyalty in me.

When I upgraded my Mac Studio OS from Sequoia to Tahoe my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 it refused to function. I desired to open closed eyes on one photo and extract a person and add to another photo. Neither program would function on the Adobe Elements 2025. There were four persons on the photo , three with open eyes and one with closed eyes. The program would not let me choose the one with the closed eyes. In the other photo, I could extract the image from the source photo but when added to the final photo, I was unable to resize or move the image. Both actions were straight forward with Elements 2021. I bought 2025 at the Apple App Store and paid for a three year subscription. When 2025 would not function, I went to Adobe and found there was an Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 . It was cheaper than the 2025 from the App Store. It would not work on the Tahoe OS either. In fairness, Apple App Store cancelled my three year subscription and gave a refund. I joined the Adobe support group for advice and persons much more savvy than I explained how to over come the closed eye selection problem. It required several more steps then with Elements 2021. I was hoping an upgrade would be simpler to use not more difficult.

I like Adobe, always have. Miss the days when you could purchase and own the software 100%. Not a fan of the subscription B.S.

Poorly designed user interface. Not intuitive. Feels like a disorganized Microsoft product.
