Reviews

  • Terrible - Only downloaded partial pages

This app is way worse than the PC version, which already is poor. At least the PC version downloaded the entire file. I copied the PC version to my iPad in hopes I could replaced the broken ones but there is no way to do it, that I can find.
  • Unusable

I have to use this for technical training guides. I would rather gouge my eyes out. It randomly assigns page numbers, doesn’t display text on multiple pages having to go forward and back, embedded images don’t work. If you have any other choice run away from this app.
  • Many blank pages

Many of the pages in the Probably Overthinking it book are showing as blank or garbled. Would not recommend this app
  • Junk app

Only way to try to read a dumb Epub book from the Libby app because this book wont load into Kindle. Finally got the book loaded and cant even see the type - you zoom in and nothing happens - looking at a mobile screen with three full pages of text in it thats probably about 3 point type. App is worthless.
  • Possibly the Worst App Ever

Downloaded the app and the instruction pages are unreadable. I am now going to delete it from my phone.
  • Absolute Garbage

This app doesn’t work on any device. It’s a shame that Proquest requires it to read ebooks, because this app makes that a nearly impossible undertaking.
  • Can’t believe this is Adobe?

Totally useless on a phone. Barely see any text at all and that text is horribly formatted. It does work on a laptop which is good because the book file only seems to load in this program. Looks like very old software. Adobe pdfs are the gold standard so this book reader’s low capabilities are confusing.
  • How is this *still* a 1 star app?

Seriously, these 1 star reviews go back 6 years, and this app is still heinous.
  • The worst

This so so horrible!!! I tried to download it to read an ebook from my public library and it took so much work and effort to set it up! And then when I finally got it to work the words were blurred. It is NOT worth your time. If you are in a similar situation, DO NOT go through all this time and effort for this! I say, if you have the resources, just buy the book on Apple Books or kindle! I hope I saved 40 minutes of your day.
  • Library ebook failure

Was directed to use this to view an ebook from my local library. Directions would not load so I couldn’t even see the “how to.” Not simple enough to work without directions. Can we use strong language in these reviews?
