  • Phone/tablet Versions are horrible!

I have this app on my laptop so I can side load DRM ePub books to my eReaders. One of my eReaders I can email new eBooks to. But I was away and bought an eBook and wanted to email it to my eReader. So I downloaded ADE and downloaded the DRM ePub file. Which, after some difficulties, loads in ADE…but not as an ePub file. There isn’t a way to have this downloaded or Converted as an ePub file on my iPhone or iPad. So I can’t even legally get this to my eReaders!

I am actually shocked at how terrible this app is. You can’t even read their “Getting Started With This Horrible App” book that comes pre-populated in your library. It doesn’t show any text for most pages, then randomly shows something, then it disappears. I spent an hour trying to get my ASCM book that I downloaded and configure it out.

Terrible on iPad and iPhone. Can’t even read the pages and some pages don’t show up. Works fine on computer though

Terrible app doesn’t let you login with your adobe id so you can’t access any of the books in your library and are left staring at a blank screen with only the tutorial that’s useless
  • Terrible iPad functionality

I have several ebooks that work on my desktop but do not appear on the iPad. MacBook Air doesn’t recognize app at all. Who reads books on a desktop? Terrible application for basic functionality.

One of the worst apps I have ever had to deal with. Overly complicated just to download a pdf. Have yet to figure out how to authorize my ID

By far the worst app ever. I have an ebook required for a class that doesn’t even load properly. You will sit here for hours on end just for the words to come out like chicken scratch with a pen that ran out of ink 2 months ago. Absolutely horrendous and an embarrassment
  • Immediately saw what all the 1-star reviews are about

Got sketched out by the universally scathing reviews, but decided to download this app anyway because it’s used by my university for digital textbooks. Upon opening, you could immediately tell how dated the interface is. But even worse, even the “Getting Started” guide that is preloaded by Adobe into your library doesn’t format or display properly. Several pages have massive areas of missing text, even in the middle of paragraphs, as if someone haphazardly wiped a dry erase board. Many pages are straight up blank, and the app freezes. I haven’t even downloaded a single book of my own yet. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience
  • Glitchy As All Get-Out

The desktop app works fine, so I don't know why the mobile app has such struggles. If you can get a title to open, you're lucky if it will let you navigate past the first page. If/when you do navigate further, pages will show up blank or it will ghost pages on top of each other, making it impossible to read. As somebody who reviews books as part of my job, it's endlessly frustrating to be unable to use the required app to do so.

Took a while to get ebook on my app. After getting it uploaded most of the book was unreadable on different pages and it would change the broken pages each day
