  • Is iOS 18.3 really needed?

I have an older, very usable iPad Pro 10.5". It will only update to iPadOS 17.7.10. I understand updating to newer SDKs occasionally (& thus change in hardware support), but is there anything in there that you need for the core app? Or could it be dynamically loaded? I understand software/hardware support decisions are often painful, but just want to point out that there are still people in this situation. (Tho you probably have usage stats)
  • Great reading app, could be the best

Reading mode is great! Extend it to documents with more pages than current limit. Another feedback is to mimic a paperwhite finish to reduce eye strain.

I was charged a year long subscription for a app because it was not deleted 2days before the end of a 7 day trial they lied when I disputed it saying it was being reversed this is complete scam why would it be called a 7 day trial when they charge you for a year in 5 ? I have a pregnant fiancé just got displace from my home and Apple decided to take all the remain money plus some getting. Me charged overdraft the support is a scam to they say they can not do anything about it choices are made by a separate committee they lie to u over the phone to make u wait for the transaction to process they have no concern or regard for their customers I’m a collage student and a I.b.e.w union member nand they chose the worst possible moment to steal from me and used their support service to stall till the money process I’ve file formal complaints and grevances about it
  • AI incorporation and frills have messed up the core functionalities

It appears that with latest versions, the focus on the core functionality of Adobe, such as being able to read document smoothly, print them etc. has taken a huge backseat. The focus seems to be not just on adding new features such as AI and the ability to edit documents, etc., but to even then shove them down peoples throats so that half of the screen is occupied by these unnecessary feature advertisements. The new versions are disappointing and have ruined and otherwise wonderful product . if I could have given a zero star, I would have done that.

Adobe cloud storage is unreliable at best! The wasted hours I have spent having to re draw diagrams because for NO REASON, the app just suddenly switches to the home page, not saving my work to the cloud is absolutely infuriating!!!!! The worst is when it happens in front of clients.
