    Very difficult to check out! Trying to ship to a different address and it would not let me put in that address. Very frustrating. I ended up having to have it shipped to my home and now I will have to take it to them!!! not happy

    So look I work for the company West Elm and having this app is awesome especially when you’re in the back dealing with inventory and you want to look at an actual product if you enter in the SKU number unfortunately it doesn’t pop up you have to go to the actual computer and look it up that’s a feature that needs to be fixed also the app is extremely slow I get it there’s probably like 10,000 items it’s trying to upload but unacceptable for how fast and smooth technology moves there should be no reason this app lags the way it does,

    It’s slow and I had to close it out multiple times to get it to work properly. They navigation the icons kept disappearing from the bottom of the screen

    The website has some glitches and doesn’t flow easily. Had to start my order over a couple of times.

  • They don’t honor account deletion requests. Privacy vampires.

    Over 4 months ago, I initiated an account deletion through this app (AND their other property, Williams-Sonoma) that has not yet been fulfilled. Repeated attempts only indicate that I’ll receive an email once the deletion is complete. It, of course, is never complete. This is unconscionable. This is a simple action to take, but one that they apparently are refusing to do. So I’ve taken two small steps to strip them of their power over my data. 1.) I anonymized my personal data. 2.) I’m leaving this negative review as a warning to all privacy-minded people to steer clear of this organization.

    Great choices. Nice designs and a good price for the value. Swatches for my next purchase arrived quickly. So many fabrics to choose from. I am excited about gifting the firewood holder and basket to my husband for his birthday.
