    I’m disappointed because the rewards are so hard to access. They don’t show up on the app and when you try to use them on your phone, it is difficult and does not work most of the time. When I selected a euro size bed pillow, it kept adding a king-size to my cart. So the app needs work. I like their products that’s why I put up with these things, but I won’t for long because it’s so frustrating. It takes so much time.
  • Terrible user interface on mobile!

    When using the mobile app it is very difficult to see the details of each item. Either the scrolling doesn’t work or the item disappears or changes to something completely unrelated. I’d also love to see a lawyer get involved with a class action. Pottery Barn makes it extremely difficult to add reward numbers and certificates. You have to be adept with first ensuring your credit card is linked then be comfortable with an intricate copy and paste process before the reward can be applied. Developers need to take note from companies that are true customer first organizations like Nordstrom that allow easy click on and off “would you like to use your reward today?” It would be interesting to review how many PB rewards go unused due to their terrible process.

    I want to use your app but it’s hard to get the item to load and it’s difficult to page down on the screen to view options. I am adept at apps and somebody needs to sharpen their skills at end user experience.

    Never have I had to wait two weeks for an item to appear on the website. When I type in Temple Street Frame, it doesn’t appear. I called the Coral Springs store to order and was left on hold 3 times. I called customer service and instead of them handling my concerns, the confused rep told me to try the website in 24-48 hours because it should show IF I enter the SKU. Today I enter the SKU but no picture appears but I’m able to add to my cart. Very confusing and annoying so hopefully it arrives.

  • Doesn’t let you add insurance yet enforcing a no cancellation policy

    I’m extremely frustrated with Pottery Barn’s checkout process. I was not given the option to add insurance to my order, and now customer service says there’s nothing they can do. It’s unacceptable to enforce a policy when the option was never even provided. I expected better from a premium brand.

    Things were going well until I had to fill in my address. The program was address prompting out of control. I could not just backspace & start over, it wasted my time & frustrated me.

    I love pottery barn, and every time I tried to use the website from my phone it wants me to open the app. The app is not sized well for the use from an iPhone and you can’t see anything.
