    We should be able to easily access our Rewards Certificates on the app to be auto applied for checkout! Why do I have to go back get the certificate# for each and and apply one by one. Quite annoying! If you have Rewards Certificates, we should have the option to apply how many we want to use without having to go back to our profile and copy/paste it onto checkout.

  • Frustrating, useless

    Responding to response: AR is absolutely NOT available on the vast majority of counter stools (and specifically NOT on any of those I’m interested in, including the Axel). I was excited to read that Williams-Sonoma brands offered an “AR View in Room” feature, but it appears to have been removed — I can’t find it anywhere in the Pottery Barn or West Elm apps. The current room-scan tool is a nice idea, but without true AR placement, it doesn’t add much real value. I even tried asking the in-app AI whether the AR feature still exists, and it couldn’t answer a simple yes/no question. It routed me to customer support, which then said representatives were too busy. At that point, the app feels like little more than a wrapper for the website. If the AR feature was discontinued, it would be great to have some clarity on that. And honestly, bringing back full AR placement would make the app far more useful — and far less frustrating.

    There is a lot that works well in the app, but my biggest frustration is not being able to zoom in on pictures of the products. I end up going g back to the web browser solely due to this. Also, I always love the inspiration rooms but same frustration of not being able to zoom in or not being kept current with links to products that no longer exist. The inspiration of the room setup is still great, but if the link was removed when the product was gone I wouldn’t get my hopes up or waste time searching for it.

    I have had these dishes for about eight years and every so often I have to buy a few more. They’re great to use. They hold up well and they go with dressing up or dressing down your table.

    It’s just so difficult - kept trying to bring up a different address as I backspaced to put in the gift address - very glitchy!
