William Sonoma and affiliated stores always have exactly what I need and want. Thanks for the tremendous selection.

I have had this problem for a bit now. It seems that very frequently, when you make an update to the app, the recipe folders that I have created and saved recipes in get DELETED! It is very frustrating, especially for an app that I pay for annually, that the whole thing disappears and I have to recreate it all and take the time to track down the recipes again. It has happened at least twice now. If I cannot have this work the way it is intended, then I will be forced to cancel the subscription and delete the app. It would not be worth the frustration! Please fix this issue!

The app is really easy to use - the only feature that needs improvement in my opinion is the swipe up feature for looking at individual items after searching sometimes moves right or left easily. This makes it annoying to access the product I want and at times loses location in the sorted products. I would like the swipe up feature to be more robust and not as sensitive.

I made the mistake of having a registry at Williams-Sonoma. Not only when you go in the store. Is everyone unaware or completely unhelpful and I have no idea even how to do anything for the registry but then I’m troubled with my wedding guest calling me with concerns over their gifts That they have got me from the registry I had to go into Williams Sonoma to get a gift card from a return to make a purchase on the app on my own registry and in case you didn’t know, I am the bride once I put in all my information. I’ve used my iPad and iPhone and they both say that there’s a system error on top of that I went to buy something on my registry and they had no idea how to make it show up as purchased on my registry so I ended up having to delete it off my registry, even though I wanted it to say purchase this is just so sad because I thought William Sonoma was a top-tier cooking brand. I wish I just took to my gut and only registered it through Bloomingdale’s take my advice this app is useless, and the people in the store are even more useless

I love Williams Sonoma and all of the products. My only complaint is that you can’t copy and paste your rewards number on your phone at checkout; you have to manually enter it.

Shop online only as store moved too far away. Still stocks many items for cooking clients. In 2017 when our home in Bonsall burned down in the Lilac fire we were given huge discounts to restock our appliances and other items.

I have been shipping at Williams Sonoma for decades. The kitchen in my NY Queens Studio Apt is a walking WS advertisement. From my first purchase of a coffee extract from France to my rare Burnt Orange/Rust Kitchen Aid, still working well, to dinnerware & serious Nordicware Bundt collection, & All Clad pieces, collected one clearance sale at a time, there’s always something In saving to my favorites. I know seasonal items usually go on clearance, after the holiday passes, & they have huge semi-annual clearance sales around December/January & July/August. I’m a veteran. May even apply for a part time job , after I retire

I always enjoy my shopping experience at Williams Sonoma. Top of the line products. Store is always clean and merchandise stocked. Happy shopping!
