    Transfer of old to new billîng is a horrible mess. Does not work and when it does is a disaster. Cannot make purchase, have to phone.

    I keep trying to shop the app but Everytime I click on at item I get an error screen that it cannot load. I’ve updated the app several times and no even updated today and get the same message. So it makes the app useless. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same result. I might as well skip the app and shop on a regular web browser.

    This will be my 3rd Thanksgiving with a pre-brined & roasted turkey from Williams Sonoma. I love everything about this! The quality is better than buying at my local butcher. The convenience is worth every penny & it ships on time, well packaged and perfectly frozen. Customer service is excellent and very helpful as well. I also get a pre-roasted turkey breast & it’s perfect. Highly recommend!

    App screen is the size of an iPhone on an iPad, so can’t shop on a larger screen where it is nicer

    I spent two hours trying to make a purchase I gave up with the phone and tried iPad I returned to the phone and downloaded an app. I still could not make a purchase nor could I determine where the purchase was going to be sent. I then tried a laptop. I stepped some wine and had dinner and returned and tried again. This time I was able to place the order. But it took me 30 minutes. To fill in the form of where it was to go to. The Williams Sonoma tech. Continued to prompt me with incorrect address. It was so incredibly amazing. Even just now trying to provide a nickname was not easy.!!’n
