    Downloaded the app to IPad, app does not expand to full screen in landscape mode, so can’t use the keypad. Could not access my recipe box/ saved recipes. Am getting errors that my WS card expired but cannot update it. Super hard to search for items when shopping. Have to go back to the browser…

    I find this app is very annoying. It lets you put things in your cart and get to the point of checking out and paying for it and then tell you that it's no longer available. Why is it listing things for sale that are clearly already sold out. Very annoying.

    If someone earns a key reward, then it should be on the app and it should be easily accessible. They should be able to scan it in store.

    First, the site would not allow a desperation of billing address verses delivery address. So it dumped everything out of cart. Second, then it took forever to find everything and get it back in the cart. Third, the most expensive pieces, a set of pots and pans-I couldn’t find for half an hour then finally stumbled across it. Fourth, it said fast free shipping. Earlier there was an option for a more expedited delivery. Wasn’t there the second time around so now it says the items won’t get here for over a month. The use of the app and website was time consuming and frustrating. I hope their customer service people will read this and call to me in order to expedite this order.

    I have had so many good experiences with William Sonoma. They have an amazing extended selection of cooking supplies to pre made packaged foods. The staff is so kind and for the products and quality it is very reasonable.

    I have had the kettle over 4 years. It is still like new. When it is not in use it is empty of water and not sitting on the stove. I clean it the same as my stainless steel pots after use.
