    Streaming has become increasingly problematic from iPad. Have not been not been able to resolve thru tech support. Techs that I’ve been able to reach are either part of phone banks with no control on background noise or accents too heavy to understand. App is useless.

    This app is hands down the very WORST app I have ever used! Unfortunately, because I am an Xfinity customer, I cannot use another app to view my programs. What happens is that it constantly spontaneously starts a recorded program at its very beginning, forcing me to try to fast forward and find where I had left off watching. I'm not talking about once or twice a day that it does that--it's several times during EVERY PROGRAM! You can imagine how annoying and frustrating that is! BE WARNED: avoid being sucked into Xfinity's clutches and having to suffer through using this HORRIBLE app!

    streaming tv shows constantly lags dialog and sound after what normally would be a commercial interlude. trying to resync the mouth movements with the dialog is impossible, and makes watching unpleasant and annoyong. i hate this about this app.

    This app is terrible. It’s unbelievable slow and crashes every single time I try to use it. Can’t even watch it outside the house

  • CONSTANT CRASHES AND LAGGING

    The app is CONSTANTLY crashing and lagging out over the smallest little things. If I open my AirPods case and my ipad picks it up then the app may crash. If I exit out of the app and continue watching something on the mini window and then I re-enter the app then it’s a 50/50 chance that it will crash. Sometimes it will just randomly crash on its own. Other times it will simply crash after watching a game or show after a certain amount of time. Long story short… FIX THE APP. Comcast do better.

    It won’t allow you to stream in your own time zone. I have seen them previously state that you are unable to change time zones from the one at your home address. However when I tried to use it in MY time zone, it was streaming from a different time zone.

  • Doesn’t work at all

    Up until recently I was able to stream off the app off an iPad or fire tv. No longer the case. No picture shows up to identify the show, only text. When trying to access the show, the three streaming dots appear never to go away. It’s beyond the worst app bc it doesn’t work at all. It’s nonexistent

  • App doesn’t work and there’s no way to report issue

    My app on my Roku, iPad and iPhone hasn’t worked for weeks. There’s no way to report the issue on the app. The troubleshooting is a circular joke that asks repetitive questions and won’t connect to an actual person. I’m very annoyed with the amount of time I’ve wasted trying to watch ANYTHING.

    Worked beautifully until yesterday, when it stopped working on either iPhone or laptop. For all the money we pay, we should expect reliability.
