    Literally charges you almost double for something you can go get yourself. Never using again. Also if your delivery doesn’t make it to your house, they won’t refund you I’ve had this happen with a 90$ order while I was sick and they just auto denied the refund

    I’ve been using this for a few years now. I’ve paid for the subscription. Now I can’t even log in. App or website. I’ve reset my password. I’m verifying the PIN numbers that are sent to me. Nothing is letting me in. This is absolute garbage.

    they have terriblr customer support and the worst drivers i lost 22.19 for 3 days because now i have to wait for a refund after one of there dashers first gets to the location then he disappears and another dasher appears however she takes over 25 minutes waiting there then tells me she has 3 other dashes at the same time thats why its taking so long and then after she waits there she cancels the order making me refund my money making me wait 3 days and i contact support they do nothing they cant just cancel my payment and return my money instantly how uber eats does (uber eats is better) tltr: worst customer support didnt help and infact left the chat, worst drivers, worst refund police

    at first I thought door dash was good until I started having orders disappear and not showing up today my order did not show up and customer service was no help I was also logged out of my account and couldn’t get back in i would prefer uber eats instead

    Always great feedback from the company. Started sending pics of my order pick ups. Quick and responsive to any issues that occur with my orders. Not sure how a rewards program would work but that’d be an extra bonus of sorts! Love this app and would recommend 10/10.

    This app is a must have for needing food and not having time to get it, not having a ride, and needing help getting it to you, or just simply NOT WANTING TO GO GET FOOD, either close by, or across town. Wanting to try something new, and don’t wanna sit in to order it? This is your app. I’m guilty of all of these above at some time or other! And I am rarely disappointed. It does happen, but very seldom. Try it! You’ll love it!
