    Even after requesting to speak with a real person, it was still a computer helping me? My order was over an hour late, and then never showed up.

    Only reason why I’m still on here is because I live too far away from my favorite places and they don’t deliver unless I place an order on DoorDash. Other than that you guys screwed my over on my cancellation and never gave a refund over a technicality. First of all when you hit cancel it doesn’t explain the cancellation policy thoroughly and I didn’t have enough time in-between calling customer service and the driver wasn’t responding to my phone calls or my text messages and the guy was just sitting at the drive through.

    The app auto selected my last location. Seconds after confirming the order I looked for where to edit address. It’s up to the driver apparently. The driver said no. I’m like ok, I’ll just cancel it & do the whole thing all over again. $0 refund if I cancel. I told my fiend that lunch was on me today. Why did I give permission for the app to have my location while I’m using it, if it’s just gonna ask me to manually check every time!?

    Every time we order there is always food missing. The drivers say they cant check the items because of liabilities i guess but they need to especially when we the customer leave it in the note to do it because we are always missing food when we order out. Fix your system and have places stop sealing bags fully so drivers can do a double take before leaving the restaurants.

  • DoorDash is a cheater; they don’t deliver your order correctly and refund less

    For an order where two ingredients are missing, they only refund me a third of the total prices of the ingredients, and telling me that’s the best they can. Pure cheater. Shame on you.

    To use delivery feature. Good for pickups. I’m not paying a minimum of $3 to DD for them to send a text to the true workhorse. Seems like a terrible business decision…hopefully they work it out.
