    This app glitches extremely too much! Leaving me with missed orders, the notifications do not go off when you receive and order. Then when you finally catch an order it doesn’t allow you to confirm. I’ve lost inventory because of this! I will be preparing an order and then order cancelled due to not confirming order. Well this app doesn’t let you confirm due to a system error that has been ongoing! I literally have to call them every time I get an order to manually confirm it. That takes so much unnecessary time and effort just to get a representative that doesn’t even know what you’re asking about. I’ve called about this several times and was told they are having system issues and for me to just wait for it or close my store! So overall this is just bad for business and business owners.

    Sometimes can’t log onto the account, sometimes the app just show a blank screen. The order edit and prep time adjust are not working.

    Can’t get instant phone notifications of new orders from this app. Had a tablet outage, waiting 2 weeks for replacement, and could only get emails notices of new orders. Why no notices for disputes either?

    I've tried to integrate my restaurant with DoorDash and I've been waiting ONE YEAR I don't know why. They asked me for my menu, I sent it, I provided them with everything they have asked me for. I have been calling customer service and every time they tell me that everything looks good but that they will "escalate" the case and give me a date where my restaurant will be registered on the DoorDash platform and it is a lie, nothing happens, and so I have been fighting for ONE YEAR and so far nothing. A representative just told me that for some reason my restaurant is blocked, that she doesn’t understand why. Lack of professionalism and very irresponsible

    2 weeks already! The tablet not working! We still not received new device! The funny thing is. The account manager want to talk to me about how to improve our business! We even can’t accept the customer order, no matter how many new ideas she has, it won’t help my business at all!

    DoorDash’s customer support is horrible with everything all the time, was on hold to cancel an order for nearly 15 minutes , DoorDash tells me to use this app to cancel an order next time but every single time I try to use the app the cancel option DOES NOT WORK. It never works , it’s faulty, they don’t let you even speak before hanging up to talk about this issue. This app , is not recommended.

    I referred my uncles Restaurant and I was just waiting for my referral bonus when I called them they told me that I never referred any one and I will not get the bonus I’m so mad because I convinced my uncle to do this. I’m really mad and upset for DD doing this to people just to get more business.

    Our business tablet crashed and we have lost revenue as it is the only delivery platform we use. We had to make the decision to switch to Uber eats, as NOT A PERSON can help us recover our password. Between both manager at the businesss, we’ve spent 8 hrs on hold, to no avail.
