    I am so sick and tired of coming to work ready to huddle. Only to NOT GET ORDERS WHILE IN THE RESPECTIVE RED ZONES!!!!!!!!! Your support team only repeats what I have already done before calling for help and no change comes.

    Been a dasher for almost a year it’s honestly hit or miss now with making money. For the first few months on DoorDash I was making minimum $500 a week now it’s $500 a month sending orders that are $2-$5 for 15+ miles that’s ridiculous or literally waiting 15-40 minutes for one order to come through and for it to be $3 that pathetic it’s a waste of gas compared to money coming in. This new update for dasher rewards/rating is absolutely stupid makes it so much harder to move up. I don’t think accepting orders should even be part of the “ratings” the only thing that should count is on time, customer ratings, and completion. Whether or not you choose to take an order should not change ur rating that’s just stupid half the time I just don’t want to drive 40-70 minutes away for $6 not because “I’m a bad dasher”.

    I can’t believe this app has 4.7 stars, I’ve been bombarded with dashes when I want to pause it or just go back to my side of town because I’m wasting gas money driving 30 minutes from restaurant to customer and it won’t let you see how far away the actual customer is until you accept the order and pick up the food, I’m not being paid for my gas and time driving back. This is so scam coded. And not to mention when I click low balls my acceptance rate goes down

  • Constant unreasonable suspension

    My account constantly gets locked/suspended very frequently for no reason. Costumers also lie on their report saying they are receiving the wrong order when each order that I have delivered has THEIR name on it. I am not responsible for making the food of that is specifically incorrect inside. I can’t even dash when I want to because of my account constantly being locked for review and this is how I pay my bills.

    This is such a great way to earn a great side gig! I am a retired Army Veteran, and this is such a great way for me to get out of the house while making money! I was dashing for only 4 hours total, and made over $100!!

    I like dashing and the flexibility is great, but the app constantly says my account is restricted or that “something went wrong”. It’s impossible to DoorDash without a major technical problem happening every other time I try to dash with no resolution or fix. The support team will be on the phone with you for an hour just to tell you to restart your phone, re-download the app, and log out and log back in. All of which anyone would do to troubleshoot anyway. And it doesn’t fix the problem. Along with that, sometimes due to traffic, restaurant wait times, etc. you’ll do an order that takes 25 minutes and make $3. Waste of time.

    Don't delude yourself and don't believe those smiling faces on the banners and websites of DDS@it. It's a blatant deception. They lured countless customers and offered them practically free delivery, at your expense. Now it's their party, and they're working for their own pockets. They've long been structuring orders with a delivery fee of $1 per mile. The rest, which you don't even suspect, they're pocketing for themselves. But for you, it will be even cheaper – to earn at least $100, you'll have to drive 130-140 miles. And you'll also be penalized for being late. Brace yourself and don't harbor any illusions. From a once good company, they have transformed into inhumane and malicious exploiters.
