  • Terrible app without work and bad service

    I have two days working on the app and of those two days I was active for about 10 hours, of those 10 only three and a half hours are the ones I had deliveries the other hours I have lost waiting in the morning and in the afternoon. I lost gasoline traveling to the points where it marks "very busy" and "busy". The terrible assistance only told me to uninstall the app and move, it's not convenient to work here, you just waste time.

  • You can make some money if you work all day

    They penalize you for not accepting a order with is sometimes outrageous they would offer you $2.50 to take a trip that’s going to take you almost a hour to go there and come back and if you don’t take it you are penalized and it doesn’t matter if you’re a platinum or silver dasher you will still get those offers and if you reject to many they will threaten to deactivate your account another thing is if you get a order for more than $5 they will send you another one so you will have two orders but the second one will be for $2.50 and it’s not going to be nowhere around the first one it’s going to show up on your map like it’s not far but you won’t know until you accept it and pick up the order to deliver I’m not telling anybody not to work with them I’m just telling you what to expect if you do

    Thank you Door Dash. I've tried most if the driver app but you came on the top. Thank you for putting your driver first and giving us the tips for ourselves and a good fair trips. Tips should be given to the drivers in every delivery or rides.

  • It’s Dead and Not Worth It

    I started a little more than 3 weeks ago, absolutely loved it even when I had to go through confusing destinations. But about a week ago, when the update came, taking out the “Dash Now” whenever, even if the area is grey, it’s been dead. I used to be able to take orders on grey areas but since I can’t anymore, I only do about 5 orders a day. I have to chase “busy” areas just to be able to do more than one but they don’t even last an hour. I’m wasting more gas than I am earning anything with their low pay and with customers not tipping even if you get there 10 minutes early. It’s just not worth using DoorDash anymore. Waste of money on gas, waste of energy. Might just move to UberEats.

    locked my account in middle of dash w.o warning. support not helpful. 2 stars bc its easy and flexible work and no major problems with app. Can’t talk to anyone above a support agent. idk. seems like they wont dasher and their vehicles to give their all for so little, but doesn't care for drivers well being. just have to wait see what happens maybe rating a change. zero stars if possible maybe negative, my reason. cool lil easy dollar if you know how to work it, go for it. lot of negative (-) i could say but let the next experience it and let them decide there own thoughts on it.

    I been waiting for a hrs. And haven’t got any order pick up just a few min ago my friend can and started his dash and he got a order right away how people getting order before me when I. Been waiting for more then a hrs
