Firstly, there are some things no robots existing any time soon can perfectly the way a human can. And I have more skills than hiking and cleaning, so I’m not worried about this app “stealing” my job. It’s an easy way to make extra money doing something you should already be doing for free. It says it will review within 24 hours - and for the most part, it’s true. I’ve gotten paid what I’m owed on approved tasks. Some tasks are taking two or three days for review though.

I’ve made $160 so far off of 30 videos but those videos have taken up 34GB of space which only leaves me with 23GB of storage left. I’m very happy to have made the money from hiking and from the comfort of my own home but the only issue I have is I’m running out of available space. Wish there was a way to offload the storage each week to make room for more videos submissions.

I made $50 in the first week! The headset didn’t have instructions & I didn’t think it would fit at first, but you’re able adjust it & eventually get it to fit correctly. It is kind of annoying how they want you to have both hands visible at times especially when you’re flipping laundry inside out & the hand isn’t visible or turning a plant upside down & a hand is hidden, but it didn’t go against me either way. App works great! Also.. if we aren’t the ones doing it, someone else will to eventually replace us, so might as well be the one getting paid to teach the beast system as it is. One day we will all be gone anyways. It is what it is.

When I try to sign in it brings me back to the homepage and displays an error message.

Avoid this app. I have had tasks that were under review just disappear. Not in my rejected section or anything, just gone. There’s also no explanation about the head set that they’re supposed to send, they just say they will send one to you without any other communication. I never received one so I had to make my own. Also the pay is not worth it at all. DoorDash just spat out a garbage app without any care or concern. 4/2/26 Update: This week I was working for the 30 approved min of video tasks challenge for $35 and today’s app update changed it to $15 now that I’m just waiting on approval for the 30 min of already completed tasks. But at least the updated app asked for my address to deliver the head mount I’m not going to use now 🙃 Don’t mess with this app.

Great app great pay

This app has a lot of promise but it feels like no one actually tried to use it in the way intended before release. I’m a dasher so I was offered a free head/chest mount. You need these to do the tasks. So here are some issues I encountered. Theres no section of the app for setting up and testing your head mount and you can’t exactly see what’s happening on your screen with it strapped to your head. Once you get the head mount all adjusted and angled correctly, you realize that the head mount is completely covering the record button. My hands were in view the whole time but it kept telling me they weren’t. I had to stop and flatten out my hands to get the app to recognize them again.

I will raise my rating if you start paying me/ us more. This is quite ridiculous how little DoorDash is paying for these tasks. I did 15 mins worth of work, and submitted it. I’m waiting to hear back. There will be bigger training opportunities coming I’m sure but IF DOORDASH DOES NOT PAY ME MORE I WONT DO THEM.

Makes you film in horizontal but asks you to point the camera downwards. iPhone then makes the video vertical and your video will be rejected. Needs an orientation lock or they just need to flip the video on their end. Update 3/28/26 app no longer shows any tasks
