  • Glitch? Frozen on the same puzzle

    For the past month or so, every time I close the game, when I reopen, it sends me back to the same puzzle. It will let me progress in that playing session but when I close and return even though it will notate that I’ve moved up a level in number, it’s always repeats the same puzzles. I was hoping it would get fixed in an app update but no updates available. Unfortunately lost interest!

  • Timer is awful

    I hate the stupid timers on this game. I would like to relax and unwind the tangles, instead I’m getting frazzled trying to beat the stupid amount of time they give you. I’d suggest giving people a bloody choice but we know they won’t so instead I’m on a search to find one that’s really geared towards relaxation. It’s too bad because I’d love to play this game more often.

    For the past two months, I’ve been stuck repeating the same levels over and over again. As long as I keep playing, I can progress. But once I stop, I’m taken back to a specific level to repeat. I can’t play the game anymore. It’s sad. Reached out to support and they never answered me

    I've been playing for a while now, but for the last two weeks I'm getting the same three puzzles over and over. I've gotten very proficient at them, that's for sure, but is Level 2385 the top?

    This is a challenging and fun game but lately it’s been freezing and I have to turn my device off and back on to even get out of the app.

    Since the last update, every time I launch the game, it takes me back to the same level I started at the day before. Please fix before I, and likely many others, switch to one of the many other rope untangling games available.

    I’m on level 2143 and just keep getting the same levels over and over. Stupid me keeps playing trying to get to different levels, but no, they’re the same levels. I’m over it!
