So the developers are masters of giving items not needed! Also, the monsters are becoming way too difficult to defeat. Nothing but spinning broncos impossible to avoid. I’m done with this game.

Albeit repetitive. It’s also simple. It would be nice to have it be hard
  • Better than Pokémon GO

I really enjoyed Pokémon GO (got lvl 44 quickly then life got in the way) and it’s really awesome and I still play today. But I’ve also really loved the monster Hunter series as a hole and having this as a mobile game is amazing. The fact that you actually have to like go hunt your monsters is really cool. It kind of makes the tracking monsters feel better than regular MH games (although they are very different compared to this game) it really highlights what Niantic does well. I do wish healing items were easily available, but that’s really the one downside. (although I completely understand that especially looking at the model that they brought over from Pokémon GO it feels a lot more like you aren’t endlessly farming unless that’s what you want to do. If anybody that actually hasn’t played this game and reads this comment, I urge you to at least give it a shot.

Unfortunately I updated the game and now the game crashes constantly with a static sound right before the application crash. Completely unplayable now.

It’s good I just wish they would’ve made the game where you didn’t have to move around or like made a different game where you don’t have to mover around because I know not everyone can move around to play the game

They want you to spend around $200 a month playing this. Otherwise so many QoL things are locked as well as absurdly long cooldowns just to fight monsters. And now they’re selling unique equipment with skills for real money, not just cosmetics. Seriously, don’t buy into this broken garbage. Lock-on has been terrible since release and they’ll never fix it because it’s the biggest cause of taking damage, and thus potion purchases. Just walk away and play a real MH game instead of this scummy scam.
