    How something as simple as going to Disney World has devolved into this much complexity is beyond me. Three kinds of Lightning Passes, all with inscrutable availability that varies by the ride? Digitizing everything has made choosing almost impossible.

    I don’t understand how Disney can not keep the app working! Very frustrating seeing how you need the app for almost everything at Disney.

    The app was challenging to navigate, and unintuitive compared to other dashboard apps. The virtual queues in particular required navigation to account settings to allow for the formation of parties, and they almost instantly fill up. It’s tough to justify the ticket prices when the newest, most exciting rides are unavailable to a portion of visitors. Our overall experience at the parks was lovely thanks to the well-trained staff and care to exceed expectations, but it was too complicated to plan the day. We found ourselves chasing ride schedules rather than enjoying the spectacular scenery and parades/acts. I’m optimistic that they’ll keep improving the experience but I’ll second-guess a future visit if Disney doesn’t simplify what’s expected to be a premium, magical vacation experience. Thank you

    So basically I went to Disney a couple of weeks ago and I got this app installed but after you have left Disney or even if your not there you can see all the dinner time waits and all the ride waiting times and there is a genie 🧞 who will tell you facts you need to know before or during your magical Disney trip!!

    I love this app, it’s fully integrated and provides you with a lot of resources all in one single place. It’s fully functional because it allows you to access to the hotel facilities is you are staying there, pay for your services, meals, access to the parks you are interested to visit, and also get on the most fun attractions? Just through the app. That’s Magic!

    Spent 850$ on 4 people per day and we only did 3 rides, huge lines ridiculous prices, rude personal!
  • Terrible 1st Appearance of entering our hotel on the 1st day

    When we arrived early on Thursday, we arrived at the security check-in at Rivera because that is where our GPS took us and the guard was nice and told us how to get to our hotel and said we can use this entrance. We left because our room wasn’t yet ready and when we came back the security guard Rubin was very rude. He told us in a harsh tone and said we were at the wrong entrance. We explained to him that we came through this entrance earlier but the officer said we could go this way. He then called out the other guard and said did you tell them that. The gentleman was not the one we talked to earlier. Rubin then said we have been here the whole time, but when we came through at 10:25, there was a different gentleman. I also explained to him that GPS brought us this way He said that it changed like 5 years ago. I said it’s not my fault that it’s not updated but that his attitude is not the attitude that I would expect Disney members would have. He let us through and told us we could not use this entrance again, we had to use the other entrance. As we were driving away he told the other gentleman to take my information from my license and send it to his boss. I was very upset for all the money we spent at Disney and this is the way we were treated on day one. We stayed on property for three days and went to the parks for 4 days. We purchased the 4 day passes with park hopper and then bought the Premier pass for two days which was another $1,000 and lightning passes for the other two days. We did go to the front desk of the hotel and told her what happened but she seems new and didn’t know what to do with this information.
