    But now it’s being locked down by ads even though I paid for getting rid of them. I double checked to make sure it was still paid and it is. I’m so sad. I loved this alarm more than any other I have ever tried!

    Worked great for a long time but now it doesn’t go off at times set or will sound at random times. Time to find a new alarm app. I see a lot of people are having the same issues but no response from developers.

    This app is pretty good. It is efficient andit always goes off but the only thing I don't like is that you can't play music. Also you have to pay to get premium.

  • Unreliable-It’s time for a new alarm clock app

    We have relied on Impala Studio Alarm Clock app for years, until recently. For a few months now, we have absent or late alarms. The lack of developer response to similar complaints shows lack of customer care, especially towards long-standing users. Time for a new alarm clock app.

    I have had this app and the Alarm Clock HD app for several years because they were the best free apps that allowed me to play music from my iPhone as a wake up alarm. Over the past year both of them have stopped doing this and now this app alarm will not even go off. I have tried to turn my phone off and back on as well as remove and reinstall the app and neither works. Also there is no way to contact customer support if you go to their website. It is a shame that apps that were so good can’t be maintained.

    I had this app for a few years and it worked well. Then, over the past few months, the alarm stopped going off consistently without warning. I noticed if I woke up and looked at another app, not closing this alarm clock app, and going back to sleep set this app back to focus (showing the clock on my phone) sometimes it won't sound. Other times it wouldn't sound at the designated time, but would hours after the designated time. I need consistency. I uninstalled the app.

    Have used this app for years and it was great. Not any more. Now, with all the ad popups you can no longer turn off an alarm. Ads are OK as long as they do not interfere with the integrity of the product. Do not expect potential clients to pay for an ad free version when the basic product does not function correctly.
