When your app is open, you can use the volume slider within the app. When the app is in the background, use the device volume to set your volume. • Make sure your battery is charged and have your notifications turned on before you go to sleep, when the battery level goes below 30% it might not sound. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. • Keep your Apple Music available on your device The music you can select consists of everything you have available on your ‘Apple Music' app on your device. If the music is saved on your iCloud, and not on the device itself, it won’t be available. NEVER MISS AN ALARM When you close the app and do not have it running in the background, the alarm will use the device volume instead and play the notification sound system. The app will close itself automatically after 10 hours of inactivity. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off. When your device is muted, set to ‘Do Not Disturb’, or your device volume is set to 0, the alarm won’t play properly. It will still show the notification without any sound. This is due to Apple’s restrictions as we are unable to access the app settings when the app is closed, only when it’s open or running in the background.     I have had this alarm clock app for years. It use to be the best. Now, random songs play when the alarm goes off; instead of the one that I picked. The snooze and stop button appears together. The light is dim and will not adjust, I am not sure what has happened over the last several months,

    I’ve used this alarm for years and was always happy with it. During the last year (or so) it has become less reliable, failing to sound alarms. Most recently it rarely sounds the alarm, so much so that the developers added an option to link it to iOS notifications. If u do this it the alarm will sound but you will need to turn if off twice, once in the app and once in iOS. The snooze button is effectively useless in this dual alarm mode and waking up is stressful as you try to figure out how to disable the dual alarms. I am looking for a new alarm clock app.

    This app has been fine for years. I even have the premium version. Now it won’t turn off and I have to uninstall it if I want the alarm to snooze. I’m paying you. Fix it or I will try something else.

    I’ve been using this app for about a year and lately. All I get is one advertisement after another and it’s junk, stuff that only a kid might use. I’m not interested in that. I’m interested in using the app, so does this mean that the user now needs to purchase your premium services to maybe get the opportunity to use the app effectively? There’s no way to cut this stuff off and it is now to the point where I cannot use it at all - please advise.

    I use this alarm clock every morning at 2am to help me with a certain task. Now that the time has changed to Daylight Savings Time, there is NO more 2am on the clock. It literally jumps from 1:59am to 3am. I will be looking for another alarm clock to accommodate my needs.
