  • Too expensive

It’s great, but way to expensive. 6.99 a month for stockfish to review my moves is way too overpriced.
  • Programming flaws

Updated rating: I’m lowering my rating to one star from two. There have been a number of times where my opponent is idle for 5+ minutes without being timed out, but then I have been timed out after 30 seconds. This game is in serious need of updates on the timer, scoring, and the checkmate issues described below. ———————- I would give this app a higher rating, except there are flaws with the programming. There have been a number of times where I’ve had my opponent in checkmate, and it has allowed them to move even though they’re still in check after the move. (Yes I’m certain they were in checkmate.) Change this flaw and my rating would go up.

Uses AI bots for support. Getting help from a actual human is a nightmare on this platform. Interesting how they raised their prices to provided less support. Literally zero support for this app. Pathetic platform.
  • Bots posing as real people

***To be clear- I doubt there are many sandbaggers and cheaters. You’re only playing against chess.com’s adaptive ai posing as real people for most of online matches and you always have been. They’ve clearly been adjusting their bots posing as real people online. For the longest time every 3 minute match was the “real opponent” trying to imitate a real match and would almost always end in obvious fake rushing to win on time. This went on forever. Then they adjusted it for you to win every game the first 5-ish matches then you’d simply get pummelled by the fake profiles posing as real people. The latest change is the fake profiles posing as real people have gotten far too easy and will make terrible blunders and I haven’t even come close to running out of time since. It’s clear most of online chess is fake but it’s worse when these sites/apps don’t admit to using bots posing as real people. Of course your anti cheat won’t do anything because you’re the ones cheating lol. New entry: now they’ve changed the bots posing as real people. The steady thing is once the “real person” in online blunders a queen they quit within an impossible timeframe as you capitalise- they do it so fast it’s not even humanly possible… seriously guys, get better at making me believe I’m playing against real people and not just a bot adjustment. Bots bots bots bots bots. Virginity is strong in this hobby….

I love this app. I’ve been playing chess a while now. One of the things I love is the day to day play. I don’t feel rushed to make a move if I don’t have to sit and play a full game all at once.
  • Cheaters Paradise

This application does nothing to detect cheaters. I tested in another account and I was able to reach to 2000+ rating without any interruption. You ban users IF (a BIG IF) you catch them, which you don’t.
