This is by far the worst scheduling app I have ever used. It glitches and locks every time you try to view the team schedule for Friday and Saturday, which is pretty important, even if you are looking at it on Friday or Saturday so it’s not that you just can’t see more than a couple days out. There is nowhere to find contact information for other employees. And, finally, when trying to look at pay period information, more than 90% of the screen is taken up by the total hours/tips so you can’t see the actual breakdown of daily hours. To make matters worse, when you do try to scroll thru the bottom 10% of the screen to find that information, it glitches and locks just like the team schedule. Maybe if they fix these issues it will be useful but it hasn’t worked since I downloaded it 2 months ago so I’m not holding out hope.

Coming from a person that used Schedulefly (which staff loved) for the past 9 years— Teamwork, it’s predecessor (Teamwork Classic), and the Dolce website require much more scrolling and clicking into different menus to find who is working throughout the week, shifts available, and making time-off requests (really the only 3 things I want out of my schedule app). Rather than having a classic spreadsheet-sort of format—where I can zoom-in, filter, and get a good “big picture” of what the staff is looking like—Teamwork looks like an app of a children’s game. Sure it looks fine aesthetically, but if I’m going to waste my time scrolling I’d rather it not be looking at a work schedule. In the end, we only made the switch (not my choosing) to save money. That said, I am incredibly unimpressed with the design and function of the Dolce products I’ve seen.
  • Not functional from management/admin side

You should be able to make a schedule and adjust times from the mobile app. Also need to add function to approve clock-ins from the app.

Looks amazing, love how the tips and hours and shifts are all easily visible from the Home Screen! I miss how you could see everyone’s names and numbers in the old app however and I wish there was a messaging feature
  • Extremely buggy
