"I frequently encounter issues with the app as it consistently logs me out, prompting repeated logins. Additionally, rewards seem to disappear mysteriously. Despite the app being a gateway to the best pizzas, its usability leaves much to be desired. A revamp is essential to enhance the overall user experience."

The app isn’t properly set up to use location services, and it crashes every time I tap “Continue to checkout” making the app unusable for placing orders.

The store I use just switched over to the new app a couple weeks ago. It’s not great at all. Today I tried many times to make an order and it had different prices each time I had to go back and redo when the app glitched out. Finally just called. Also, the delivery fees went way up! Seriously? Who gets that? Then tipping a driver on top of that??? Nuts.
