This app was ok before decent “upgrades”. Now it is beyond frustrating. It works about 10% of the time. Plant City should really do something about this app. After this experience, we’re just going to stop going to the restaurant.

Love your food but you need to fix this app. Concerned about where your business could go if you don’t fix this.

This app does not work. I have twice put orders in only to find out they didn’t go through. I have also had issues with payment getting rejected with no reason why. And its Apple Pay so the problem is not on my end.
The previous app was way better.

The other app that they used was way more user friendly. Told me everything I wanted to know. But since they changed apps it’s become worse and does not give any info on your order (ex. order being prepared, order ready, or even order being delivered)
