    But lately it has been so glitchy. I cannot purchase anything. I’ve lost $40 in game purchases that were removed from my account but the sim cash was never added to my game. I got nowhere with EA online help. They closed my case after review referencing a different problem that I didn’t even have. You have to jump through hoops to prove your purchase and even still I got nothing. It took so much time to get as far as I did the last time this happened that I don’t want to have to do it again. This review will placed on social media as well. Your game is too expensive to have crappy customer service policies.

    I’ve had the game for years. The stair animation causes a few glitchy issues. I can’t have too many sims at my more decorated houses. It’s a nice game to zone out with or enact chaotic scenes in. What I find most off putting is that despite the three hot tubs I’ve been able to find and the carpet that you can assemble into looking like a mock pool, there doesn’t seem to be any type of pool available anywhere. What’s more insulting is that I’ve bought every lot available and I can’t interact with the water aside from the jet ski 😪 there’s also a tiny laptop that you can’t actually interact with despite there being an option for it. It says you need a dining chair. You add the dining chair then the laptop becomes blocked and you can only relax in the chair!! There’s plenty of decorations that look very much as if they could be interacted with but all you can do is view them. The laptop however just seems like frustration bait by comparison. This review was longer than I meant for it to be. The game is fun. I’ve spent more money than I thought I would on it. There’s lots to do in it, especially if you’re a hermit. There’s just a few odd or missing things that make the game a bit disappointing but still worthwhile.

    The game is great but THERES SOME MISTAKE!!! The wooden fences you can buy while building that are found in the “outdoor item” area CAN’T BE REMOVED!!! I tried to “clear my lot” but THEY WERE STILL THERE!!! I’m very upset I don’t want to have to erase my data or just but more because those will just get stuck to! There wasn’t even a warning stating they couldn’t be removed!!! I’m now stuck with fences I want to use but can’t move!!! PLS FIX THIS FIR BETTER BUILDING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

    I love this game sooo much and I really like that you can go to all kinds of different places all over the little town. Another thing I love about this game is that you can create your own characters and give them cute outfits. This game is definitely my top three. There are 2 flaws I think are kind of annoying to me. The first flaw is that we barely have any energy and the other thing that has been bothering me is the cupcakes we have to use to do most things, but other than that this game is totally worth it and is fun too. I hope you enjoy playing! ✨
