  • Immortica

Immortica involves no strategy, only luck. For some reason she can spawn a 2:2 with hunt with one brain. or summon 2:3 Zombats for one on water. The only starter that has water is Peashooter and Cattails are 3 Sun for 3:2. Get ready to get stuck on Zone 6 or 7.
  • Good but slightly hard🌙.

The game is a bit TO hard becaeuse when I’m doing the mini events I always get the plant having one heart(which makes me so mad). And we haven’t gotten new hero’s in YEARS! So I also want to say this(mini tips too!): 1: ALWAYS start with any plant(or zombie) that has a lot of health for protecting your weaker allies. 2: make sure to spend your given money wisely you could get a better ally instead of a normal one. 3: make sure to use the power-ups when your opponent is low or has a weak shield. Hope this 3 tips help(if not that’s ok you can always try again!). Have fun planting or zombieing! - Astro✨🌙
  • Dev are trying to kill this game

the devs are actively sabotaging their own game. after years of no changes all of a sudden the devs add horrible “balance” updates that just break the game where cards dont even function properly because it was a rushed job all just to pretend they are actively supporting the game just to fill it up with ads that weren’t there before. dozens of new bugs are added just so they can make more money by making the payer experience worse. Absolutely horrible to go back into a decade old game just to put in ads.
  • Too many storyboards

Game is fun while actually battling, but in between the games is an annoying amount of stories, add, and animations. I got irritated and deleted the game.
  • Would be 5/5, except…

I’ve played against 2 blatant cheaters (usernames gob79120 and xXmoredefxX) who found a way to edit their decks to have >4 copies of a card type (to the point where they only had a couple unique cards). Maybe I’m missing it, but I didn’t see a report button in game, and the ea website requires you to make an account. Other than that, I like the gameplay a lot, although progression (getting new cards/gems) can be slow.

Ads used to be optional. Now they appear every three matches you do. Nice job, sellouts.
  • This game is good but has some flaws due to recent updates

I have been playing this game since its release and seeing it get more updates this year has been exciting to see. Although some of the updates have been good, I don’t like the fact that quests won’t regenerate after looking at the quest log and checking back on the game later. Even when I was given the option to watch an ad to skip the 3-hour timer, it didn’t do anything after I watched the ad so I just wasted my time watching an ad for nothing. That annoyed me enough to write a review on this game but other than that the gameplay is good but grind-y to get all the cards you want if you’re f2p. I wish the best for the future of this game so I really hope the current development team doesn’t push ads any further.

This game is so peak. Until recently when they decided to put mandatory ads:( I’m fine with ads being in the game, as long as there is something to incentivize the player to watch them. For example, the ad -> 5 gems is perfect because if you’re close to 1000 gems you have two options. Either watch a couple ads or wait for a new quest. This enables the player to WANT to watch ads and promotes a healthier game style. I’m fine if they want to monetize the game more (since it might mean more updates) but if they could find a way to not punish the player for simply playing the game that would be epic:)
  • Amazing game but with one teensy problem

I love this game so much, so it pains me to give a one star review because of one thing I saw. There was some ads where there was some… interesting stuff. Nothing a kid or anyone who doesn’t give consent to see nude and/or barely clothed people should see. It was very unsettling, and if the ads get fixed I’ll change my review
