    So if a potential guest messages you to see if they are able to book your property you cannot see that message in the pulse app but you have to log on a desktop to answer that question . Meanwhile in this time and day of technology this should not be an issue . I hope you guys can do better or hire someone better who know how to create a user friendly app for both the host and the guest . “ zero” ratings . I had been wanting to give zero rating but for me to post this review I need to give 1 star rating 😡.

    Worst customer service, says they will call you back but never do. Website needs an update not user friendly.
  • Cancelation for no reason

    Booking.com canceled a reservation when the guest was already in the apartment, the situation aggravated the guest and myself (administrator), they refunded the guest when they still in the apartment for 3 days and threatened the owner that he will have to pay for the new accommodation for the guest??? Bad system-customer service

    App always has problems. Can’t access most things in the app. When logging n, for the past month, it’ll just day “Oops! There was an error Please log in again.” Maybe, instead of paying for good reviews on this app, actually put money into making this app good??
  • Still cannot log in after second update

    In December an update was released that broke the sign-in function. A “Oops There was an error” message is returned. I notified customer support and they eventually told me they were aware of the problem and an update will be provided soon. They have now released a second update, which I had assumed would fix the problem. But the problem remains. That it is taking so long to resolve such an important issue is beyond me.
