    I don’t understand how an app can even be this bad. For something tied to your user’s actual income, your developers clearly don’t give an iota of care that that this deserves. I can’t even open up the bookings tab without getting a “unable to load data, please try again” error message. I have to then spend an extra 3-5 minutes figuring out which bookings need to be prepped. Fix the app

    This app has recently become complete trash in the sense that it does not provide any notification, even though all of the notifications are turned on. Please fix this issue.

    I’m new to this booking website and I have tried multiple times to use the app instead of the extranet website and failed. Log in asks if I’m human but the page never loads up. Maybe it’s just not ready to be used on an iPad yet.

    I work with multiple platforms. By far this app is the clumsiest. Can’t clear messages that are read, they keep showing up as unread. Calendar doesn’t sync, causing double bookings, I have this problem all the time in the busy seasons. FIX IT.
