Kids App Qustodio is the companion app to Qustodio Parental Control App. Please only download this app to a device being used by a child or teen. How to get started 1. Download the Qustodio Parental Control App onto your own device (usually your mobile phone or laptop). 2. Then download this Kids App Qustodio onto any of your child’s devices you want to monitor. 3. Together, the two apps allow you to seamlessly manage your child’s daily screen time allowance on linked mobile, tablet, or desktop devices. Features include: • Daily screen time limits set by the Parent App. • Website, search and app usage monitoring on the child’s device. • Website blocking and category blocking (block games, porn, gambling, and lockout unwanted content) on the child’s device • Location tracking of the child's device • Safe search on the child’s device • Unsupported browser blocking on the child’s device • Advanced reporting provided to parents • Real-time alerts sent to parents Kids App Qustodio for iOS and macOS is password protected and cannot be uninstalled from a child’s device without parental permission.     I would give this app zero stars if I could.This app is awful. It courses lag and it is a waste of storage. It also restricts videos that are ok to watch. This app is too sensitive to screen activity and too restrictive. Parents can monitor their kids device with apple parental controls. It is not fair for parents to monitor their kids devices by lagging and taking the storage of their devices. If I were you I would not use quostido.

    So my mom got this for screen time which I don’t have a problem with. It happens to be she also gets alerts of when “we search or do something bad” but it literally sent an alert to my mother ( don’t mind the search I’m just a curious kid) I searched up “ what is the most spoken language in the world” and I guess that’s bullying. Because Qustodio apparently thinks so there were more instances something like this happened but I don’t remember them, Qustodio kids what you need to fix is your sensitivity because how is that bullying?

    First off to say good idea but seriously fix how it works and also why does their have to be an app to see other peoples business??:( it never lets me load things like the App Store for example its takes really long to send messages (though there are settings to change that) like seriously?!!! Like you can’t send messages to your friends??!! Change it and maybe just remove it in general

    I’ve had this app installed on my device for over 4 years, and am now 17. The app is constantly buggy, such as sending emails that you are on unauthorized websites like FaceBook, even when the device is not on. If any apps run in the background, it counts as screen time. It always runs, and uses lots of battery life and phone data. Along with that, it blocks random websites such as studying sights, but not Reddit or Bluesky. Even when you disable the restrictions, it still bugs out and continues. It also removes all sense of privacy from your children, and can cause unnecessary fights due to its errors. It is mainly used as a control tactic in children, by otherwise abusive parents. I urge you to try other alternatives such as discussing with your child your expectations, using your device’s built in software, or just taking their phone at bedtime, instead of wasting $100 a month on this app. I also believe there should be an age limit on this app, as no child over around 16 should still have this on their phone. At 16, children need privacy and the room to make mistakes and learn. Rely on Apple’s mature website blocking and screen-time instead. At least there you can request more time easier.

    I chose my parents to get this app and their okay for me to delete it but it wont delete it’s so annoying I’m just trying to order off the menu but it’s restricted because it has acohol like seriously? I’m not gonna buy achahol

    I am a 12 year old boy. I don’t think this is an invasion of your kid privacy but it has so many problems. Like, if I am on YouTube and I click on a family friendly stream half the time it will say “this is block because of restrictions”. Like what?!?!? It also says I was on twitter on my mom’s phone. BUT I WAS NOT!!!!!! The same thing happened on my sister’s phone it said on my mom’s phone she was on Snapchat. Again it’s not a good app, it always glitches and the response on the reviews from the company are always like “we will do better next time” “or we will fix that right away” but they don’t. So don’t get the app.

    If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Firstly, it causes random glitches on my phone like not allowing apps to load when I am allowed to be using them, but it doesn’t even do anything productive. If a parent knows their child’s phone password, which they have the right to, they can check anything they need to check there. There are always other screen time options that work better than refusing to load anything. Remove the app from the App Store or seriously change it.

    I hate it. It’s the worst and maybe you should change it so it doesn’t have to say lost iPad or like lost iPhone because it’s not last it’s annoying.
