One day, my husband and I saw this app and we thought it would be a good thing for our two daughters we got the app and we thought nothing would go wrong. We put the app on all of our children’s devices and block some stuff. My younger daughter got furious and readily disappear the next day my older one didn’t really mind until she asked me to unlock something for a few minutes and I said no since she was constantly on it for the whole day my older one decided to live with the neighbor since I told her I would delete the app, but I realize I made a mistake getting this app in the first place and I lost both of my daughters, my only daughters.

I am having practically no success with controlling his games in his computer. Somehow after Questodio indicates that the daily limit is up, my son can continue playing on his computer.

I’ve been working with tech support for over a year to get the app to work properly. Uninstall and reinstall shouldn’t be an ongoing solution. The app hasn’t worked in 6 weeks, tech support said they are working on it. Want to give me credit on my subscription but I just want my money back. Don’t waste your time or $.

The update no longer shows if she's active, yesterday's info, and location info is almost always off.

I am a non tech person so I desperately needed an app to help me make sure my kids could use all the cool learning apps on their iPads, without spending all their time on addictive games. I have been trying for over a year to get this to work. It has been one failed attempt after another. Today I discovered my kids had each spent over 4 hours playing on games when they have a hard limit of 2 hours of iPad use per day. The monitor showed they had been on over 4 hrs, and at the bottom it said “2 hours left”, as though the time limit had simply never engaged. This was true on both my kids’ devices. I keep trying and trying with this app, and ultimately none of the limits I set ever work. I am absolutely fed up. It doesn’t help that there is absolutely no way to get a human on the phone to help. They don’t even HAVE a helpline, which should have been a red flag. The only help they offer is a chatbot, or a bunch of articles to read, neither of which helps someone like me. Bottom line: this app simply doesn’t work as advertised. I have ended up going back to using Apple ScreenTime, which is free and better than an app that doesn’t work at all.

My 13 year old son learned very quickly how to delete qustodio from the settings. No password needed. Just uninstall and it’s gone! Please create a way to prevent easy uninstallation. Thank you.

I was happy about the app at first. I was able to see my son’s activities on his Macbook showing which website he’s accessing. But then today (only the 2nd day i payed the member fee), i found out he’s playing a game that is supposed to be blocked by the preset routine. I doubled blocked the app with the Games & apps setting but it still doesn’t block the app on the phone. Later on, as i got his phone to do more experiment, the device status page kept showing “loading”. Now i just want my $99 back…
