    What is with your damn app every time I get a reward your damn game locks up and it has to search for new magical items which there isn’t any. Guess it’s time to delete your game.

    There are now ads that can't be muted or silenced by turning off the sound OR EVEN CLOSING THE APP. NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are times when I don't want to bother others (or my phone needs to be silenced) but I'll still play this game. NOT ANYMORE. What on earth makes you think this is ok? FIX IT!

  • Where are the trophy levels?

    I keep finishing the newly updated levels and then play the bronze, silver and gold trophy levels at the end. Lately, however, the trophy levels aren’t present as often. What happened to them?

    On level 1808 and it’s so disheartening that it’s just the same games over and over and over just different ways to do it. I guess it’s time for me to start playing this game because they obviously don’t have an imagination. Every time you win a level, the next level is almost the same thing you just got done doing. I would say whoever the developer is does a pretty lousy job.

    This game has issues with loading. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared my cache. This has been going on for nearly three weeks. Please fix any issues. I miss playing this game!

    Update came out a day ago, now Game will not load - I’m on iPad !!! Missing getting daily rewards and collecting coins, etc. please fix and give me what I’ve missed !!! Third time this has happened after an Update, You Can Do Better !!!

    I have played this game since its inception. Recently ads started appearing during play, some not appropriate, then the ads stopped. I read multiple reviews voicing the disappointment with this new ad intrusion then figured someone heeded the feedback and stopped the ads. The ads have returned and are inappropriate and intrusion.

    Will delete this review once this is fixed. I’ve paid a lot of real money to play this game - all I’m asking for is a response. There needs to be a confirmation that you want to use snowballs. When you don’t pass the level and your thumb is in the middle of the screen, it wipes out a snowball if you are distracted watching TV or you fall asleep while playing late at night. I’ve paid REAL MONEY for snowballs so this isn’t right. The snowball button should be elsewhere on the screen and a confirmation you want to use one. It’s the most expensive and hardest power up to earn so this has to be on purpose. Players have had this complaint for years. At first it was a plea now many of us have stopped paying REAL money until it is fixed. I *just* lost more snowballs and upset.
