Our tech did an amazing job. He came in and explained everything. Set-up was easy and quick, Kris was very knowledgeable. I recommend going with T-Mobile.

  • Internet Stability and Support

T‑Mobile Fiber has been a complete disappointment. My internet has been down the entire day, and despite multiple calls, their support team couldn’t offer anything beyond basic troubleshooting that led nowhere. The most frustrating part is being told the earliest technician appointment is two days from now. For a service that’s supposed to be reliable, this level of downtime and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If you depend on your internet for work or daily life, you need to think twice before choosing T‑Mobile Fiber.

This router is a POS and I don't mean Point Of Sale. Junk! Won't stay connected and my tech support with metronet is worthless as well. Gonna have to find a new provider asap. I'm over it. 2 weeks and nothing but a headache.

Over 40 minutes on hold, no one answered the phone. Have not had Internet in 48 hours that we know of. T-Mobile is as bad as sprint.

I’m having internet speed and stability issues. The troubleshooting app should allow me to restart the modem/router but it doesn’t.
