App is inconsistent. Plus features (security backup, Adblock, advanced security) disappear/reappear. Blocked devices are now buried. Hard to tell if issues are app or hardware related.

I think the eero system works quite well. But in some cases it is necessary to wait a while for things to happen. It is not always clear that the system is waiting for things to boot.
  • They messed it up!

This used to be a very intuitive and responsive app. It was easy to organize and manage the network. At some point they completely messed it up. The menus are now disorganized and confusing, and it is very unresponsive. A lot of the links don’t respond at all, making it impossible to customize and name devices appropriately. I was hoping they would eventually clean it up, but it’s still mostly unusable. 👎
  • Doesn’t tell what device is connected to WiFi

It can never tell me har type of device is connect to my WiFi. I have blocked even my security cameras by mistake and I was never able to tell the reason why they were not working. Your own devices already connected to the WiFi can get random notification saying they had just got connected for the first time. There is no point of having this app

Man, this is a great product. I wish which networks was an easier button or option on the app for multiple locations when used for different businesses by the installer like me
  • Pausing/Unpausing is crippled

We have different profiles set up for each kid, and one for tvs/xbox. The pause/unpause profile feature has slowly become more useless over the past month or two. When I first noticed it, it would unpause 4/5 devices in a profile, and sometimes 5/5. More recently, it might unpause 1 or 2/5. The past few days though, it unpauses nothing. I have to go to each device individually to pause or unpause. I’d be happy to change my rating once this issue is fixed. Thank you!

It doesn't stay ON nor CONNECTED. Frontier really doesn't seem to care--they get paid for it, but their internet is LOUSY! I would not recommend this st all.

I have tried to place the eero in every room in the house and so far have not been able to establish a good connection and the app just says to try moving closer to the first eero. I placed them 10 ft apart and it still did not connect properly.
