  • More features would greatly benefit the app.

I’ve been excited to see this app finally make its way to Mac after using it on iOS, and overall the transition has been smooth and promising. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it’s great to have the flexibility of using it on a larger screen. That said, I think there are a couple of features that would really improve the workflow on desktop: 1. Scrollbar Access for MIDI Editing – On Mac, the slider bars for navigating through MIDI notes only appear when using a trackpad gesture. Adding visible horizontal and vertical scrollbars on the right and bottom would make it much easier to work with longer sequences, especially for users with a mouse or who prefer precise control. 2. Manual Playback Start Point – Currently, playback always starts from the last note edit, which can be inconvenient. It would be a huge improvement to allow users to manually place and adjust the playhead anywhere in the MIDI sequence before pressing play. This would make reviewing and fine-tuning sections of a track much faster and more intuitive. These small additions would make a big difference for Mac users and bring the desktop version closer to feeling like a fully native DAW experience. Overall, I really appreciate the work that has gone into bringing this app to Mac and am looking forward to seeing how it develops.
  • What are the owners doing?

Been paying for Auxy since before the pandemic, monthly, via the app. For some reason, this app, which is for desktop yes but offers no feature differences than the app, is locked unless I pay an additional $60. Why? Why wouldn’t my normal subscription work? Stupid business decision. And so then, if a new Auxy user got the Mac app and paid for it, they couldn’t edit their songs on mobile without then getting the monthly description? How does this make any business sense or sense for the end-user? Also, I’ve continued paying monthly on mobile and there have been ZERO content updates in what feels like years. It’s still one of the best designed mobile DAWs, but what in the heck are the owners doing here? Help me make sense of this. I’m sure the developer response to this review is going to be “thanks for your feedback we appreciate it and are looking into these issues” or some typical canned response, but it would be nice to have some of the 2019 Auxy excellence back. And what happened to the news section and demos, and cloud syncing?
  • Confused?

I love Auxy from the moment I found it for the IOS. I was elated to see the notification for the Mac OS support making it usable for the laptops. Im left a bit confused though once opening the app. Im unable to log in or view my subscription from my IOS. Let alone even being able to subscribe to anything new. Im sure it’s in its “beta” stage now being its new for this platform. I just hope this changes in the future.
  • Why doesn't the subscription from the iOS version carry over

This seems like a weird business move, and it doesn't necessarily make me inclined to purchase the full version of "Auxy Max" (which is simply a rebranded Auxy Studio).
