  • The low ratings are because of Crunchyroll

I’ve played a good bit of this game on console and it’s amazing! You can feel the love that the devs put into the game and they seem to have mastered the ingredients for a stellar roguelike! I can’t provide a good game for comparison because they really broke the mold, or rather improved on it. The sheer variety of characters, abilities, relics, and more put this game in my top 5 of roguelikes

Ignored the low ratings—most are just complaining about the Crunchyroll subscription requirement. While the subscription is necessary, the game itself is a 5/5 masterpiece. Why you should play: • Unique Combat: Fights happen on a 1D horizontal track. It’s all about spacing, turning, and queuing attacks. • Tactical Depth: It feels like a mix of a deckbuilder and a puzzle game. You have to manage cooldowns and predict enemy moves (similar to Souls-like pattern learning). • Progression: Great roguelite mechanics with persistent unlocks (skulls) and new characters that change how you play. • Aesthetics: Beautiful Japanese-inspired pixel art. If you have Crunchyroll, downloading this is a no-brainer.

Requires $12/month sub to access. Just charge a flat fee.

Super fun game since I have Crunchyroll, unfortunate other people can’t play it but by no means should it be rated low
  • Subscription to play

I’m not buying a subscription to play any game let alone a mobile game. Just make it a one time purchase. Making it a subscription just shows you don’t care for your players and just want more money. But hey just send me your copy and pasted response about how you offer a 7 day trail and ignore this review, not like you will do anything to improve anyways as long as you keep getting profits.

Just sell the game for a one time fee. I’m not paying you every month
