    For the love of God update this app to help connect faster. Its takes forever or even never to connect to view cameras. Update NOW!!

    It quit working on this latest version. I have an older 8500 system and now the app will not display vide. Doesn’t crash just just waits forever on the video. This isn’t the way to sell replacements IMO.

    I bought this system for over 1000$. Spent 700 having it hard wired only to have it fall off line and jack up 3 years later. I thought all this time it was my password or just user issues. I had to have someone come out and try to get me online again after my husband died. Same installer. It’s the software. My cameras are still beautiful and on the tv in closet but app is crap. Literally junk. Why are we not suing? DO NOT BUY NO MATTER WHAT. SWANN ARE THIEVES.

    I have a DVR8-4900 system that works perfectly fine. However, the app started crashing about a few months ago and then just stopped working all together. I contacted Swann’s tech support team who informed me that they are not able to assist me with this matter because this App and my system are no longer supported by their team/Swann. When purchasing this system, I remember spending roughly $600 (as mentioned the DVR works fine the problem is the app). I was told that Swann has an updated app however, my system can only use this app. Is Swann not able to load my system (and anyone else who may experience the same thing) to the updated Swann app?

    You go to help shows new features software update. You follow instructions go to page no software updates update tab exist falsely advertising at its best.

    Horrible camera system, the app doesn’t work 4 out of 8 cameras don’t work anymore. I tried reaching out to Swann and didn’t get any support !!! Stay away from Swann

    This is the worst most frustrating app I've ever used. I have to keep force closing it to get it to load cameras. I can't see playback footage until 3 days later. The footage jumps a whole 4 or so mi utes so you may miss something. There's never an update. Complete garbage.

    This app was working fine few years ago and now all of a sudden it’s not working anymore. I have tried everything in the books but nothing seems to work . All my connections are fine internet is working fine and I still keep getting Error 90. I spent a lot of money on my system

    It takes 5 to 10 minute to load up the video and some time it would not load. It’s just stupid all the way around.
