HomeSafe View: Live Swann CCTV viewing on your iPhone and iPad HomeSafe View supports the following features: Multi-channel viewing with up to 16 cameras on screen at the same time (16ch view works best on iPads) Play back stored recordings from your DVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet) Change settings on your DVR or NVR in app Capture video from your camera live view to your iPhone to play back later Capture single and multi still images and save these to your iPhone's picture library Control PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras remotely Note: Current model handsets and iPads are recommended for high resolution playback and live viewing more than 8 cameras at once. Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann DVR via 4G/5G or WiFi. When using 4G/5G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.     They keep trying to make things simpler, but instead keep changing things and making it worse. I miss being able to see on the entire screen. Now everything is tiny. I can’t make things larger like they used to be if you’re going to keep breaking things at least make a way for us to revert back.

    I literally love these cameras. I’ve had mines since 2018 with no problems. One day I’ll upgrade to the ones that have voice. It’s strange to see the bad reviews. I seldomly write reviews but after years of satisfaction, I thought I’d share. I have Vivint and Swann. I like Vivint but I love my Swann cameras. They operate no matter what. Vivint has to have wifi but my Swann cameras are hard wired. I have an older system with the DVR. I hope you guys have a better experience.

    The new user interface cuts the screen in half and gives us half the visibility we used to have. Please make the interface full screen so that we’re not losing 50% of our small phone screen to white space.

    Latest update made my cameras unusable. They show up for 5 sevonds then everything changes to black screen and says offline. Only way to see then again is close app abd open again to get another 5 seconds. Please revert back to the old app. This one is trash.

    I’ve contacted Swann several times only to get an audio recording which doesn’t correct my login and password problem. I’m not understanding they’re unwillingness to just answer customer concerns will a living individual. AI is truly taking our jobs away…

    I have gotten so frustrated with this app. One minute it works perfectly the next minute it doesn’t. The play back is in and out. It’s hard to get in touch with someone in order to rectify the problem.
