    Love the app. It allows me a guided workout using a variety of home gym equipment. My only suggestion is to add a few more seconds before exercises that require adding a band or changing from standing to floor positions.

    This is a horrible experience for several reasons: 1. The instructor’s voice conflicts with the automated robotic voice. 2. Why would I do a strength workout with a robotic voice when I can do a live on demand session with an instructor on the original peloton app. anywhere anytime. 3. No option to mirror to a larger TV screen the way I can with the original app. At least the workout did show up as completed in the regular app; that’s one positive but not enough to come back. It’s a total miss in IMO.

    I love the concept. But I need music. Only one device and one set of ear buds. Love idea we can go to gym, but need music too. Please. Otherwise would give Rad a 5 star.

    They’re definitely iterating on features and content added to the app. That being said, it’s so buggy! The video loops will just freeze randomly or sometimes the countdown timers get stuck. Happens way to frequently
  • Peloton Strength+ Review: Solid Start with Room to Grow

    Peloton Strength+ is off to a strong start, offering solid workouts and an easy-to-use design for strength training. But with a few key improvements, it could go from good to great. First, customizable rest intervals would let users adjust recovery time between sets to fit their training style—whether for heavy lifting or fast-paced circuits. Next, audible cues during workouts, like a halfway alert and a 3-second countdown before transitions, would help users stay on pace without constantly looking at the screen. Heart rate monitor integration is another missing piece. Syncing with wearables would improve calorie tracking and align Strength+ with Peloton’s other products, like its bikes and treadmills. Cross-device compatibility would also be a major upgrade. It would be great to stream Strength+ workouts on a Peloton Bike+ or other Peloton screens instead of relying on a small phone display. Overall, Peloton Strength+ is a promising addition to the fitness lineup. With these updates—especially better integration with Peloton’s ecosystem—it could become a must-have tool for strength training. Hopefully, future updates unlock its full potential!

    I love everything Peloton offers and I know this is going to be a game changer for my lifts. Keeps my head in the game and you can listen to your own music. My only request would be that instead of a robot calling out the moves and time that it was instead one of the instructors!
