I was excited about using this app & getting some tips on organizing my day but went to cancel before I was billed & it’s literally not possible to cancel. And why am I being charged $19.99 when I don’t even see a $19.99 subscription?

I use this app and like it overall however it sends me notifications on tasks I have already completed! Can’t you get it to only send them after the start time and date if they haven’t been marked off??!

I just wanted to try it and so I paid for the first week. I barely looked at it for that week so I went to cancel my subscription. The link takes to a prompt that never works! It won’t let me cancel it and it’s through the app not apple so I can’t cancel it there. Such a scam.

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription multiple times but it sends no confirmation about it actually going through. In fact, it just allows you to press the button and never loads onto another page just zero response. Doesn’t seem that trustworthy

just downloaded this app really like it wanted to cancel my subscription so it wouldn't auto renew so that way I could try it out and if I really like it, I'll renew my subscription and it is very difficult on the app and website, if not impossible.

I seen this app on instagram. They got me I signed up and now I can’t sign in. I want my money back and to delete this app. However because I can login I have no way of unsubscribing. This is crazy!!!

Downloaded app off an ad (stupid mistake). It doesn't save my entries, it doesn't allow me to input custom dates, or time. Not one feature seems to work properly. When I hit "request a refund" it shows a form for a flash of a second and boots me out for sign in. When I sign in through email it tells me I'm wrong, when I sign in through Apple it makes me do all the questions you do when you sign up. When I click contact/help, it does the same thing. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

Based on the ad I saw for this app and the questions asked when signing up I expected it to help me build my routines at the very least. I accidentally marked the “Begin your habit journey” as complete on day one and I can’t uncheck it to see what all it entailed or if it would help me to build my days out. Disappointed in the lack of helpfulness. It doesn’t feel like AI, it feels like a giant list of things you can add to a to do list but I can make a to do list on my own. Unfortunately paid for the full year subscription and regret it
