  • Poor Quality and TERRIBLE customer service

    I do yoga daily, but this membership was not for me. The sound often didn’t align to the videos and the directions were totally out of sync or entirely inconsistent with what the person in the video was doing. You can find way better yoga videos with better instruction on YouTube for free. I also tried three times to cancel my membership to no avail. I was then charged an annual auto renewal fee, when I reached out about the charge I was told they ‘understand it’s disappointing but they can’t give me a refund’. After trying multiple times to cancel AND multiple times for them fix my charges and account, I still have no response. Terrible, predatory services. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

    This company renews your subscription for an entire year with no reminder and the day after you see it come out if the account and ask to cancel, they refuse. I would never pay for this subscription. They also advertise getting a certain body type in 30 days which is false advertising.

    BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS BEING LOOKED INTO FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS! The app is very basic, and the workouts leave a lot to be desired, but the worst is the customer service. There is no notice of an automatic renewal happening soon (they will say they sent you one, but they don’t email you!) My account was charged $120 for a renewal that I thought had already been canceled. In their terms, they say that you can cancel a contract within 14 days of starting AN INITIAL contract, BUT NOT FOR AUTO-RENEWALS AND WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. I immediately canceled the subscription, emailed them (because you can’t call by the way) and deleted the app the SAME DAY. They of course refused to refund the money. If you are located in the US, this is illegal in most states, with consumer protections that state you must be sent a notice of an auto renewal within 15 days of the renewal for contracts longer than 60 days. Not to mention, since they are based in Germany, that their deceptive practices are not in accordance with Directive 93/13/EEC – Unfair Contract Terms Directive * Any term that creates a significant imbalance to the consumer’s detriment is unenforceable. A clause claiming “automatic renewal cannot be revoked” while overriding statutory rights is unfair and void. They have done this to multiple people. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS APP!! There are better fitness apps out there that are honest and more engaging!!!

    I was just charged 119$ for a renewal a full year after I swear I cancelled my membership. No notification or anything. But apparently cancelling your subscription thru the app does not always cancel your subscription. Somehow it's different if you signed up thru their site (which I don't remember signing up through). Waiting to see if I hear back from customer support and praying they refund me, although from all the horror stories I've read, I'm not very hopeful.

    Do not download or purchase from this company!!! They will try to hook you in with the free trial and you’re screwed if you forget to cancel it after that. They “are not able to” issue you a refund.

    There was no notification that this app was set to renew. I reached out within a week of being charged asking to cancel and for a refund, and they would not refund the annual subscription. It would be one thing if I had received some notification prior to being charged and didn’t act on it, but a surprise charge I was supposed to remember from signing up a year ago feels predatory. Not a very human approach, just money grabbing. Can’t wait for their apologetic response when they could just fix the problem.

    This app may seem alright at first. I wasn’t given an notification that my subscription was coming to an end. Also it’s set to auto renew. Thus I was charged for another year subscription. I kindly ask for a refund the day they charge my credit card but that isn’t their policy. You can easily find other yoga videos for free on YouTube. But this isn’t an app I would recommend.

    I have tried multiple yoga apps. Most allow you to use your own music. This one does, but it doesn’t allow you to control the volume of your music and the voiceover independently. So, you’re stuck with loud music. It doesn’t seem like traditional yoga. It seems more like a cardio app. I was expecting a variety of workouts and programs, but in my opinion, there are not too many. You can’t filter much by traditional levels. There’s only beginner and everything else.
