    This app is horrendous, it won’t let me add my address. It is showing me stores in other states and when I search on the map the locations that I’m aware of don’t pop up to be able to order from.

    The USA is a pretty big place. How about a disclaimer to let people know that this particular gong cha app only works for 5 stinking stores in the stinkingest parts of the country? There are already like 10 different Gong Cha apps because this ingenius franchise can’t unify and settle on one.

    The name of the app is “Gong cha USA” but only three states (MI, IL, LA) are available for order pick up. I thought maybe there was something wrong on my end, but I saw another comment saying the same thing. Please fix, or at least elaborate that it is not available for everyone, like the other Gong cha app (for DC, VA, and MD).

    I love the app but the location here in NYC doesn’t appear on the app, I can’t put the address because it’d only pinpoint the address but the place would still not appear, I only see Illinois address, Michigan, etc. This needs to be fixed.
