    i can’t even order through the mobile app because it won’t let me select a store. for some reason the search function does nothing when i press enter and the nearby suggestion thinks i’m in virginia when i’m all the way across the country! my location pops up accurately on the pickup near section and map so why!?

    It’s only showing me DC area Gong Cha locations no matter what address I enter go search nearby Gong Cha locations. I even entered the address for a known location in NYC.

    Can’t use the app at all on wifi or data it turns white. Will have to call ahead to the store and see it they have codes and order in store instead of ahead of time through the app.

    When I launch the app, I get a blank white screen. It never loads. This is a huge bummer because I used to use this app all the time.
