    I’m actually following the story to the game and it’s intriguing. It’s really fun to decorate the manor as well. I play for like 3 hours at a time because it’s that addicting. And lots of free energy is a plus.

    First they keep asking for our opinion of the game. It’s always the same complaint from everyone but they don’t do anything about it! There are so many glitches in the game! Some are so bad I have team members that can’t play because they were sent back to the Winners Circle levels in the middle of regular levels and can’t play the regular levels. Lastly, I told them about a glitch that you had to win 10 levels but i was started at -45/10 (yes neg 45). I was told I was cheating and they were going to monitor my account. They got away from what made this game good in the beginning and now I give it 1 star!

    I have played level 2504 over 550 times now and still haven’t had a single CHANCE to beat it, you have to pay to beat some levels, it ridiculous

    Big fan of other Playrix games but have reluctantly given up on this one after playing it for three or four months. Frankly, it seems to be the only way you can move forward after a certain point is to purchase additional coins or whatever. I thrive on challenging puzzles, but I’ve been playing some of the super hard challenges now for five/ six days without moving forward and have finally just given up. Doesn’t seem to develop at a reasonable pace and I’ve got other ways to spend my time. Too bad. Had enormous potential but about to delete it.

    At the beginning of this game the levels were impossible to pass. Then I guess you had enough complaints whereas you changed the levels to be passable. Now once again, the upper levels are way too hard to pass even with 3 boosters. You don’t supply enough time to pass the completed level requirements. A new life to me is not a booster. You need to either supply more time to pass the levels or make them easier to pass. I slap have yet to complete an adventure because of the small amount of points awarded in levels or the storyline to get to the end of the adventure. You need to award a lot more adventure energy points to complete an adventure. Cutting down a tree shouldn’t cost 20 to 40 adventure points. I’m tired of going back and forth to try to attempt to pass a level which are far and few between to get 5 energy points. Also, the amount of points needed for certain levels is ridiculous. Like 18 points to put up a new light, etc….. You could also supply new clothing and decor ideas. These characters keep wearing the same clothing all of the time. The decor needs an update too. Half of the house is in shambles. When are we moving on to finish the rooms in the house?. Please update quickly to address these points. Thankyou. It’s a great game. I would hate to delete it but I did. I don’t need more lives, I need more ways to get boosters. It shouldn’t cost so many steps to complete the levels even with boosters which are not even available to get even with watching ads. Plus it shouldn’t require so many levels to solve trivial puzzles. I finally deleted this game. Not too long ago, I was passing the levels so idk what happened to the gameplay . How about giving us more boosters and energy points?

    Actually as advertised!!! Gives such a wonderful mix of puzzle games and the story is fun!!!

  • Fun but so glitchy and pay to play if you want to get anywhere

    Yes you can play for free, but you will never win or complete events without putting significant money. Also so glitchy, for example, I was done with all available levels, at which point they send you to winners league until new levels are released. I got the newest levels and then completed only 40 out of the 100 new levels released and was sent to winners league. I contacted support, waited TWO days for a bot to respond that I had completed all available levels. Although it's not true because half my teammates are now way ahead of me.

    i downloaded this game thinking that it was gonna be riddled with ads and/or pay to play/win. it’s none of those things! no ads, you can easily pass levels without having to spend real money, and the levels are challenging enough to not be boring yet not so hard to the point you can’t win. this is my new favorite game and tbh i’m kind of addicted 🤭
