    Game kicked me out automatically and didn’t do anything. Cuatomer service tried to blame me and all my progress was lost. Then they told me I needed to basically retry which cost more $$$.

    Basically I love this game it’s just sometimes the levels seem impossible but I eventually get them. I love the story too! Only one thing. In a recent update now you use the shovel to smash stuff instead of scooping stuff up. It just doesn’t make sense. Like do a hammer or something. But that’s not even a problem so whatever. It’s a really fun and satisfying game!

    If you’re going to give us the same cards over and over again, at least make it so we don’t have to get a minimum of 100 stars before we can spend them. We all know that nobody is getting the grand prize anyway.

    I use to play the all the time even willing to spend a little but now it’s ridiculously expensive to be able to keep up with any challenges. The team challenges use to be fun but greed made it impossible. I just casually play now when bored. The super blasters are almost impossible to keep for more than 1 or 2 levels and I’m pretty good at the game. The updates are horrible I miss the switching glove and others. Becoming like all these corny games just pop ups to get you to spend more. 👎.. sooo many on my team are deleting game or slowed playing hopefully the makers will wake up b4 game is comepletly ruined.

    The game was fun a few years ago but the developers have modified the playing elements so what used to take one resource to remove an item, now takes 3 attempts. You are told to match 3 of the same color items but when you do, instead of removing them from the playing field one just changes color and no longer matches. After 3 attempts of the same items they will finally clear the board. The bottom line, you can’t win more than a round or two without using more coins to play or quickly use up the resources you’ve gathered for days. The developer should mark all rounds “Hard” if they can’t be won in a single round attempt. I’ve played multiple rounds where the objects aren’t even on the board to remove by your final play and you can’t win the round until they appear. I’ve put in help tickets for those game screen numbers but nothing is ever fixed in the players’ favor about those issues. Another new change was to our tools; you have a shovel to hit any item to remove it from the playing field but then added a the new “lady bug” object that the shovel won’t remove. I asked in a help ticket why the shovel wasn’t working and was told, “no, it doesn’t on the ladybug.” I replied those rules need to be specified in their game play articles (it’s still not there). Especially when the ladybug needed to complete the round doesn’t even show up on the board until your final round of play. But that issue with an object needed to complete the round not being on the game board even in the final round are not just ladybugs, it occurs for other objects. Our team went from 50 players in just two days down to 9 players a few months ago when the major graphics, resource tools changed and “cards” arrived. That tells me the players quit because they were as frustrated with the developers as I have been since the major tools and changes were launched. There are more enjoyable games out there. This used to be one.
