    The watch a video to open next letter feature doesn’t work. I’m stuck watching numerous videos and can never open the letter. There’s no place to x out after video is over. Otherwise this would be a great app.

    this app is wonderful. i love that you can use the app enough without having to buy the premium (it actually makes me want to buy the premium). you get 3 free letters a day at a specific time, you can write one letter a day, and can respond to all three letters you get. again, beautiful app, concept, and form of communication. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

    The app waits until AFTER you write (whatever you planned to write about) to then force a free trial/payment. If it’s paid, fine, but let people know that BEFOREHAND. Disgusting

  • Deleting letter issue

    I very much dislike that after deleting a letter one wrote it still can be seen by others. I tried deleting two and although they say deleted. The views keep going up, so how is that possible if I deleted the letters!?? Not cool, they should be completely gone once we hit delete! Fix this issue SINCERELY

    Most of the responses that I received seemed like they were written by AI . Overall the app is a great idea and nice platform and if it is real people that are responding it’s great..but it seemed everyone is a great writer?? I am not sure if it uses AI for responses, but even so, there is no help chat to ask. Need more clarity on the usage of AI.

    Fantastic idea, good execution, terrible that they’re charging money for such an app that can provide positivity, support, and a sense of understanding and community. So many potential users will not join or use this service simply because of the monthly cost. It doesn’t make sense to pay for in today’s current state. Maybe a one-time cost for the app only, or a subscription for a small affordable amount. Then charge for some extras if you absolutely have to and cannot run the service without it. Just my personal opinion, though others might very well also share this view. Great idea, though, and really enjoying the app while I have the trial.
