  • No normal communication!! Overpriced!!!

    The app centers around anonymous correspondence and support with advice, mental health topics, etc. However, when you write an entry, you rarely see any response in general, let alone something of good structure. A lot of teens complaining about how difficult the school is, how they aren’t loved, etc. No real connection. If you want to build a real friendship or find real advice I would suggest using “Slowly”, or just going to Reddit. This is so useless and overpriced!

    It’s kinda sad to put human connection behind a paywall, especially for $8 a week. A WEEK. Most folks won’t write you back though. So it’s a little upsetting and not worth the money.

    i really enjoy the app, but i just find it a little difficult to find where certain things are and i get lost a bit. i also accidentally blocked someone and i can’t find any way to undo it:( i can’t delete or update my own posts either and i just feel a little bitter about that. it shows the option to delete it, but it doesn’t allow you to, unless you pay. please let me undo blocking someone, though:(

    This app used to be great and it was a great app to help other people. But now they included ads, getting letters from a long time ago, and now they changed the age to 17+ seriously! People under 17+ also need help too!! What is wrong with yall, I’m gonna delete this app, now matter how many friends I have over there. And for everyone reading this, add one star to your review if you want.

    $8 a week just to send more than one message and gain access to “premium” features (that, might I add, were previously not limited) is absolutely insane and quite frankly shameful. This used to be a great app, but it seems the developers seem to care more about the money vs the people now.

    So app, all in all is great. It’s great to be able to help others and provide advice and support. However I find it disgusting that a developer would put a huge $7.99 charge PER week on this. People are in dire need of advice and support these days. And it’s just sad this simple of an app with a developer would put such a huge charge on something like this. You will not be getting my money. I’d rather find somewhere else to vent and provide my advice and support on an app where they are not money hungry.

    Edit: took away a couple stars due to fullscreen ads. And no way to get rid of them. i’m 1000% OK with paying a couple bucks to get rid of ads This app is amazing, it is such a great mental health tool, and it gives the ability to help each other without seeing them. Honestly, it’s helping me get out of my dark times.

    Love the app I feel like a therapist rn after writing the wisest words I could ever think of to all these ppl. But istg Sincerely u need a update of allowing ppl to see the response they wrote after they send it and exit the chat 😅😅😅😅

  • Can't Delete Anything

    First of all, you lock deleting posts behind a paywall. Then, it doesn't even work. I paid for the stupid premium to delete my posts two days ago and I'm still getting response letters for them. So don't use this if you're gonna regret posting anything because you can't delete it
