ClamCam is a private photo vault. Think of it as a separate space for the photos and videos you don’t want living in your main camera roll. Ever scrolled through your Photos app with a friend and worried what might show up next? ClamCam was made for moments like that. Here’s how it works: Tap to import the images that you want to store in your vault (and optionally delete them from your phone’s camera roll at the same time). They’ll stay protected in ClamCam behind FaceID, and you’ll get peace of mind that there won’t be any accidental reveals. You can even create albums, so everything will be organized. Plus, there’s a camera built into the ClamCam app, with privacy-first features like facial blur, a glow cam, and metadata scrubbing. This allows you to capture and immediately save directly to your ClamCam vault. (And if you want to export any of your pictures to the Hidden album in your Photos app, that’s just a tap away, too.) People save all types of images in ClamCam: - Intimacy - Body progress and transformation - Fitness - Fashion experimentation - Medical tracking - Skin changes - Cosplay and expression - Legal documentation And everything is stored locally. If you have iCloud backups enabled, you’ll be able to recover your photos if you get a new device—but this is handled by Apple. ClamCam cannot and does not upload, collect, or share your photos.
