  • Awesome! GIF away!

Super smooth with super results… Generates an awesome GIF pretty much instantly and smoothly. It’s very simple and streamlined (in a good way, as like, by great design). I reached out to the dev, twice even, who was super helpful, and actually really prompt - like within hours... can’t beat that! Very happy, and find this one of the best utilities to rapidly stitch GIFs from images on the fly. Solid and trusted dev here for sure. :)

Be honest, this app made me crazy, it crashed again and again. I hate this app, I even doubted if there were anybody tested it. Don't buy it.
  • Better than others

Actually a better gif maker than a lot of others. However, there are two major problems with it: 1) You cannot set your gif to play once WITHOUT any looping. 2) You can adjust the size of your gif.
  • Needs work on GUI and better options. Interface Not Obvious. Assumes A Lot

App is functional, but is very lacking on user interface and design. This app looks like someone ported an Unix image library to Mac or is using basic Mac Core Libraries alone, and minimally worked on the GUI interface. - Not all Interfaces/Screens shown in description on Mac App Store appear when run. Must be in beta versions not available yet. - No menu options or on screen options to select images folder. - No display of selected folder location on screen. - No recommendations about color pallets or mention about what happens when too many colors are used across the images. - GIF images are normally restricted to 256 colors. No options for preferred color pallet. - After hitting "Start" button, the app prompts to select the image folder. This is the only way to do so. There should be a menu option and on screen option to do so. - Assumes all images in folder should be processed into GIF. No option to select a subset of images. - Initial "closable" tip explains about images needing to be of the same pixel size and orientation, but nothing otherwise. - No options to select output folder location, just defaults to same folder as original images. - No options to set delay per image, just one set delay for all images. - No arrangement of image ordering is available. I guess it is alphabetical by file name according to the Finder. - No previewing of individual images before processing. - Not even a preview is given upon completion. You need to use Preview in the Finder to review the animated GIF output image. - No output file name options, just uses a date and time as a basis for the filename. - No total time displayed. Probably because it doesn't know how many frames it is using yet because image folder selection is only right before outputting. - No "looping/no looping" options.
