    When placing your order, you are given a total with everything, including tip. In the grey fine print you are giving the total that will be held. I understand the prices are higher because I’m using the service. No problem. However, I expect the final amount that clears to be close to the amount I agree to when I place the order. The total amount shown on Instacart with tax, tip etc was $165. Amount in fine print said $191 would be held and adjusted after delivery. However, $210 was held and final was $200. I called. I was told by the rep and the manager that it was because the store prices were higher than what is shown through Instacart. Therefore, I would not be issued a credit. I went to the store app and placed the order directly through them and the total with tip was $140. So, what they said is untrue. I decided to keep digging. Every one of my orders is between $20-$40 over what I agree to when I place the order. I have read the fine grey print. Customer service was unable to explain why my actual final charge was $35 more than it said in the fine print. I noticed on other orders that I was charged $8.99 for several items that were only $3.99 at the store. Additionally, I was paying $9.99 monthly to not have a delivery fee, only to still be charged $6.25 service fee. I have wasted hundreds of dollars by not paying attention. Instacart lack integrity and accountability. Learn from me to not use them or pay very close attention to every single charge.

    This is complete nonsense and not an application! I was waiting for about 2-3 months. After which I took a photo of my license and face, but for some reason my account was not activated. After that, they sent me a non-working link 3 times (The site does not provide access to the camera, although everything works! Why are you sending me links that don’t work? Do you have any decent work there besides the idiots? In general, if they have such problems already at this stage, then what's next?

    I don't want to leave a tip before the order is completed, and if I don't leave a tip immediately, it will take 4 hours to wait for delivery. I ordered food at one o'clock in the afternoon, delivery at 7:45 p.m., because I didn't leave a tip, are you serious?

    After subscribing Im paying more in service fees. The discounts they give you pay it back in fees basically. Zero stars. I got a year of this and feel 🤢. Seven dollar service fee what is that 30% for a under thirty dollar order is crazy and wonder why people don't pay tips. The subscription suppose to lower the fee's and it only did by a dollar. Im very unhappy with this service. They don't update stores inventory I know for a fact walgreens have cheese popcorn. They should be making store update often smh.

    I will NEVER shop with Instacart again. No shopper picked up my order and I couldn’t get any answers from Instacart or Publix. It was even mentioned that the shopper will ignore orders if the tip isn’t big enough! Extortion at its finest! I will calling Publix headquarters to cancel Instacart service (and I use that word loosely) at their stores. I probably will get nowhere but it has to be done!

    1) Still doesn't interact well with an external keyboard: When texting with a shopper, part of the text entry field as well as the "send" button are covered by the "Show Keyboard" button that can't be dismissed. 2) "If out of stock, refund" option is gone. 3) Service fees are out of control. Either pay your shoppers a living wage or guide us so the tips do that. Don't put customers in the middle with gigantic service fees on top of the inflated non-store prices on top of the already inflated prices that every product is now charging.

    They constantly deliver items to wrong location even if you provide delivery details. Customer service won’t refund you!! They rob you of your money and don’t bother to fix their drivers errors. I had a recent Costco order of $100, driver didn’t deliver it correctly nor did they verify or call. Took 3 weeks for a manager to confirm that it was delivered incorrectly and still never got a refund !!! Scamming ppl and their families of their hard earned money.
