    I like how easy it is to use. So much easier than any logging type app I have used before. I like how it auto recognizes my food in the picture I upload. I like how it lets me add customs to the list. I like the rewards that it gives me in the form of fun songs. Those are just a few of the things, but there are more wonderful things about this app. Just using it is helping me be self-aware. At first it was intimidating and it seemed like there are too many options to ever figure out. But I’m so glad I overcame that and started to use it.

    I really like it but I wish there was a way to add for the previous day. Sometimes I forget to log it until like midnight and then it is too late. I also wish it would do like a pdf that I could send to my providers instead of having to take multiple screenshots. Other than it’s great.

    I actually like making entries in this app because of the lack of “noise” compared to other food tracking apps. It focuses on how I feel when I eat and has curbed my binge eating tremendously. I feel I can finally lose my belly fat and keep it off at the rapidly approaching age of 70.

    This app has been super helpful in my recovery. My nutritionist recommended it. It allows her to see what I’m eating, how I’m feeling, and any thoughts I choose to share. I can simply take a picture of my food and log nothing else if I want to. Best part: it has NOTHING to do with counting calories. At first I was resistant, however after using it consistently for 3 months I have to say it’s been a game changer. Give it a try!
