The ResidentPortal app provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone. Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features). Much of the ResidentPortal app is configurable by the property in which you live. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, payment days, full balance payment requirements, or maintenance request availability. ResidentPortal App Features: • Make a One Time Payment - Easily submit a one time payment with the same trusted payment platform you have always used. • Add/Delete Recurring Payments - Easily schedule new auto-payments ensuring your rent will never be late. • Pay by Voice - Allows you to quickly pay rent by searching 'Pay My Rent' from Spotlight Search and linking directly to the make payment screen in the app. • One-Tap Pay - Pay rent with a single tap right from your smartphone. The app remembers your last used payment method and knows your exact balance due. • RentNotify - Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent. • Contact Property - Contact your property directly from the app. The app automatically routes your call to the appropriate after-hours number when the office closes. • Submit Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance request right from the app. • Take a Picture of the Problem - Use your smart phone's camera to take a picture of the maintenance issue without leaving the app. • Inspections - Complete move-in, maintenance, and other inspections right from your mobile device. • Reserve Amenities - Schedule amenities at your property. • Touch ID Login - After initial setup, securely log in to the app by scanning your finger print. • Face ID Login - Authenticate with your face with iPhone X+. • 3D Touch Support - Quickly pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your balance by tapping and holding the app icon.     Display Preference Automatic (System Setting) is dysfunctional. Only ever appears as light mode. Backend is clearly well done, but front end is clunky and slow.

    Resident Portal not iPad or tablet compatible to conduct current or future lease document review and authorized signing of new lease renewal documents.

    My current property I’ve lived at for 4 years. 1 1/2 years in they switched to this because their book keeping was horrendous. Causing people who actually paid on time to get false evictions. First set of management and workers were good about using this and also posting the receipts to our doors for our records. Now, good luck. Property management has the control to just delete everything. I can only see my payments through the portal from May of this year. Not any further back. To add to that, property managers will access the portal and delete maintenance requests whether they were addressed or not. Like I can not see any past maintenance requests at all. It’s shady. It’s bad enough the property is toxic enough but Entrata is only enabling the power tripping managers to hide their lack of work. It should not give managers the power to delete work orders from however long ago, completed or not. And the fact that you cannot go past a year, if that, to see your full ledger of charges is dirty. And I wish it was easier to get a hold of someone helpful within Entrata’s customer service but it’s not surprising that the automated menu hangs up on you. For Entrata: Don’t give properties these powers. Do better for tenants. Especially those of us living in horribly managed complexes that are barely inhabitable. Hold the bigger guys accountable not the people living paycheck to paycheck. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like this review to be revised with a better rating. 😐

    We have lived here for over 5 years and just love the management and leasing staff. They are quick at responding have so much love and compassion for their residents and always get things resolved in a timely fashion. I’d tell you there’s no other apartment building topping this one in professionalism, integrity, and compassion. We truly love them!
