Everything is super big and not adjustable. When adding a problem you have to scroll through each issue to find what you’re looking for. You should be able to just type in the issue box for what you’re looking for and it narrows down your search.

These notes are not visible to the resident. It is useless to mark them.

I’ve used the website mobile and learned quickly how to navigate but the app is so much easier and very easy to understand. I have a lot to explore being I’ve just had app 1day

Only issue I have with Entrata is on the maintenance inspection section where I do my inspections and then submit them. I can no longer get in and view or make changes.

I’d give anything for my company to go back to RealPage

This app is awesome

The app it’s so hard to understand, in website you can see apartment number easy and type apartment number to check if it’s occupied or not. I never recommend to use this app to work

This app will completely destroy your maintenance department! -no 2 way communication! -no scheduling feature! -refresh takes forever -glitches, freezes up all the time -does not sync well -multiple properties are constantly lost or do not appear in the drop down ( you’ll have to reset the app and that takes forever)

Glitches are endless Nothing is consistent No templates are the same Will shut down unexpectedly without saving work No ‘undo’ button after inspection is submitted or way to edit it Pictures taken on phone or tablet don’t populate during desktop approval of inspections meaning no way to charge residents for damages Takes 10+ mins to take a photo under one field, but won’t let you continue until said photo is loaded Photo won’t load and app will kick you out after extreme wait times If Wi-Fi connection is lost, entire inspection is lost No fields for certain rooms
